Ok for a quick bite. Nothing to write home about. If you're in a hurry yes if you're looking for something you could enjoy for breakfast or brunch no.

This is the favorite bagel restaurant of Se-ri Pak, the first Asian player to be inducted into the LPGA Hall of Fame. There are a variety of breads, toppings, and creams to choose from to suit your individual taste.Salmon & avocado, ham &, egg, strawberry cream....good- However, my personal vote is for NewYork Ess-a-Bagle.

Really enjoyed my experience at the Foothill Blvd location in Pasadena twice before, so checked out the Studio City spot today. I got a chocolate chip muffin at around noon and it was a rock, inedible. I was very disappointed. I'll be back in Pasadena but will have to pass on the Studio City location, for now. What a drag as it's much closer.

Have been going to this location for years even with a few somewhat rude experiences by the owner. Today when trying to call in my order, the owner repeatedly hung up the phone. I walked in a few minutes later and there was no one in the line. His wife said that the phone isn’t working - the owner said that he was too busy and it’s his decision to answer or not - I said that he’s right but he could have said “please hold.” He said very loudly that it’s his decision and that “the owner is always right.” At that point, they lost my business for good.

My friends told me about this place. We were super excited to find it on our LA trip. We went there to get breakfast but we weren't amazed. The bagels were just meh!

Stopped in for some breakfast sandwich since McDonald's no longer has all day breakfast. I've never been here before and had a great 1st experience! Great service and my bagel sandwich was delicious!! I got the "Santa Fe Egg White Breakfast Sandwich" and I loved it! Super fresh and tasted so good, would definitely recommend

I drove an hour to this location to redeem my free bakers dozen from being a loyal customer, only to be told that this location doesn't redeem the points. They give them out... but you can't redeem them there! Wth?!?! And the two at the counter were rude. Won't be back

I just so happen to come across this place on my way to work the first time I went there it was amazing never had anything like it went there today to order and the sandwich came with mayonnaise I told the woman that I couldn't have mayonnaise could she replace it with I guess cream cheese or whatever other I understand ingredients have went up and time has changed but $2 for cream cheese when I cannot have mayonnaise I should have either got it for free or at least half price if there's certain things people can eat or they're allergic to I shouldn't have to or they shouldn't have to pay the difference to be able to eat their food

The bagels are not good. Let's start there. Nothing like a real NY bagel, and no where as good as an L.A. bagel, like Western. Not even as good as Noahs. Next there is the service. The service at this location is grumpy. Plus, maybe I had a language barrier thing with the owner. We don't need to single her nationality out, where she is from should not be a problem, however the woman does not know her own products or understand English. I think it's the former...I was looking at their Veggy sandwich....it said it had an avocado schmear or something like that. I wanted to confirm if the "schmear" was traditional cream cheese or if it was just an avocado spread, because I did not want cream cheese. She said it was Avocado spread. Then I see the guy put cream cheese on it and ask about it. He was really unhappy with it. I asked the owner about what she just told me, and how they just put cream cheese on my bagel, and she said, it's ok, he will just change it. Yeah, but he's already mad at me and it wasn't my fault. So the whole thing annoyed me. The other woman working there also looked totally grumpy. Lastly, they offer special cold brew drinks. I ordered a mocha cold brew. But all it is is a few pumps of chocolate syrup and you're still making your own coffee. Not impressed at all.
