Love this place it's a hidden secret and very close to Universal Offices. Go check it out it's got really really good food! The mantee raviolis are a must. they are crispy covered is this delicious sauce ... to die for.

We have been to this restaurant many times, but unfortunately, this time the surface was very slow. Won't we mentioned it to the staff once again is the favorite line of all restaurants were shortstaffed staff . Customers don't want to hear this anymore ! I have my own business as well and my clients don't want to hear my problems.

Mantee is one of the best Armenian restaurants in studio city. The service is always on point and the serves have great knowledge of the menu. Some of the must haves are fried cheese, mantee, yogurt, the filet plate is to die for. If you want good Armenian food you must visit here. @

Service was excellent / seated immediately as well. Food was very good...Labneh was xlnt & had to order another, and not sure why other reviewers complained about the small portions - ALL were more than ample! Copious baskets of pita...soft as well as crispy versions! The Okra dish (curious so ordered it)...decent, but wouldn't order next time. Nice patio, however passed as it was raining. The only real negative was the lack of parking...drove around for 15+/- minutes to finally land a spot, and upon return it took another 15 minutes to maneuver around 2 extremely close cars that came in after us. Do check this place out, but take an Uber!

Food is always delicious, and the outside patio is very cute! It was raining last night, so we sat inside, but it did not change how good the food was! Recommend Hummus Cocktail, Fattoush Salad, and both Mantees. The Shish and Cxn Kebab were tender and cooked perfectly!

I haven't been there for a couple years and the Food quality has completely zero. Example, the eggplant dolma used to be a generous size, now It's a size of a thumb. It was a joke, same with the Mante plate. In addition with a couple of other side dishes that we got the quality and the portion have completely lost their touch. I willl not be going back again!

The food was absolutely delicious! The hummus was the best I've ever tasted and the lemony yogurt sauce over the dolma was wonderful! The lamb chops were so tender and tasty, even though they came in a sauce when I wasn't expecting it, it was so good that I didn't mind.

My Husband visited this Cafe 8 years ago and insisted that I try it. Absolutely delicious, he said the same quality the same taste. I definitely loved it too. The dolma with yogurt is a must try and of course the mantee. To be honest I think everything in the menu will be delicious. And special thanks to the waiter ??

The restaurant was almost empty. We were seated in the garden. It was somewhat cold and I should have asked them to turn on our heat lamp but I didn't want to appear to be a wimp! The food was really good as always. Service was friendly and attentive. I was pleased to see that they have fixed up the inside room at the front facing the street. It used to feel kind of depressing but now seems quite warm and inviting...I might try it on a future visit.

The wait staff is so friendly. The vibe outside feels like you are in someone's relaxing beautiful backyard. The food is excellent but there is one dish that you MUST try. The mantee. Sooooo damn good.

I am kind of in shock by what I received from this place today. I ordered the traditional mantee and what I received look like dog crackers. When I called the restaurant I legitimately thought they forgot my order and gave me some free sweet dish instead. The woman said no that was the mantee and the sauce was on the side. I've eaten mantee for years and even without the sauce it should never be hard and burnt and look like dog crackers without the sauce. This was so beyond disappointing. The kofta kebab was okay but I was so turned off by off the mantee that I didn't even want to try anything else. Don't think I'd ever be able to return.
