On a night where every table was full, the service Team did an exceptional job of serving us a great meal. They were down two servers. With a full house. Our food was exceptional. I've had Branzino from Studio City to Westlake Village. The Chef prepares the dish with flavor and perfectly cooked. Isaac was the man the lead his back waiters to success. Everyone stepped up and made it a great evening. It could easily have gone the other way if it weren't for calm attitudes, big smiles and a real desire to please customers.

The place is great except for parking and they don't have a full bar.

Pagliacci's is one of the most authentic and flavorful Italian restaurants in LA. When I consider restaurant quality, I think of consistency in taste and service, and Pagliacci's always meets these standards. Regardless of the plate you order, from pasta to tomato-based dishes to pizza, the quality and taste are always superb. The staff is always super-friendly and courteous. My son and I will go there even if we're not fully hungry just to taste a slice of Tiramisu, which is by far the best we've ever tried. If you are looking for an amazing culinary Italian experience, look no further. Pagliacci's Trattoria is the place to go, even if you have to commute from further away.

I ordered delivery and paid $50 for one of my dishes. It was seafood. The “Maine lobster” was about three ounces with the shell. The squid tasted like rubber bands. And there was a single spaghetti noodle. Yes. Just one noodle. Why can’t we get refunds on food?

This is our go-to place for special occasions or just getting together with good friends. The staff is wonderful and the food never ever disappoints. Always mew, tasty specials and a great wine list. We love, love, love Pagliacci's!

The food was awesome. I enjoyed lamb osso bucco and a creme brulee for dessert. The wine ranged from $50 to $100 and was reasonably priced. The only item that could have been better is the quality of the balsamic vinegar served for dipping your bread. I will return to this restaurant again.

Menu needs to be updated on OpenTable it's not current. I find it interesting that it has good/fair reviews. Not accurate reviews for us. Don't need to say anything else about this restaurant. Do not waste your time and money going here. Not worth it. Bad experience overall. Very disappointed!!

Delicious food beautifully presented. Staff was gracious and accommodating. The menu is extensive. Parking is somewhat limited, but worth the effort. Definitely recommend and will certainly go back.

Super wonderful, the staff greet you with such joy! The wine choices are absolutely spectacular, and the food was so memorable, I took my time. Normally, I would eat very quickly, but these flavors in the presentation, invited me to slow down. it is a little pricey, but worth, every penny spent, I felt like I got a great value.

My family of five dined at this establishment on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Unfortunately, our dining experience was less than satisfactory. The quality of the food was average, and we encountered issues with the service. Our waiter displayed a negative attitude throughout the meal, often making us feel uncomfortable. He seemed condescending when explaining items on the menu and even questioned our pronunciation. It felt as though our treatment was influenced by our appearance. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Italian Restaurant with an old world vibe. Took the family for a casual Friday dinner. We did the traditional Italian cuisine from Charcuterie to desert. We all loved our dinner with the house made patas probably being the star. Service was great from the guy answering the phone to our server and the host. We took their recommendations for a reasonably priced Chianti and to try the house patas. This type of place is getting more difficult to find. We’ll definitely dine there again when when traveling in the Burbank area.

There's an ample menu, and the food was tasty and appropriate in quantity. While the food choices are generous, it did not appear as if they offered mixed drinks, just beer and wine. Food-wise, however, there's really something for everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive. Seating was comfortable. Despite the restaurant not being full that day, it was really noisy, and we had to really raise our voices to be heard. Great for a family meal, less so for a quiet, romantic evening.
