I will never go back! Went there on 2 different occasions, and they screwed up my order by not including my right items and had to drive back to get the correct items. Although I was offered a coupon, but refused it , because the service was poor, and the food was terrible! Sooo not Chinese Food !

So I just arrived to order dinner for myself and the cashier was really rude. I understand when ppl have bad days or can’t hear you speak ?️ but don’t get mad and act like a jurk by slamming my receipt on the counter because you felt frustrated. I hope this young man changes his attitude for the next customer. I will not be coming back again not worth me spending my money on an attitude.

Fresh . Not pre cooked served from a bowl under glass. Right out of stir fry.

The manager, even though short hand, he remained professional and greater everyone and served customers.

I'm speaking on behalf of a family of four - the family pack is delicious and perfect! We get the house chicken for both entrees, then crispy dumplings, fried rice, and chow mein noodles. We get an extra entree if we're extra hungry (general's orange chicken). We tried the honey chicken and curry before; which didn't go so well. The honey chicken was too sweet and the curry had too many large veggies and very little sauce. Also, GET THE APP AND ADD POINTS - you'll rack up enough for a free entree or appetizer in no time. If you haven't been to this place yet, think of it as an elevated Panda Express. The house chicken is quite distinctive and special! The orange chicken has a lovely citrus flavor as well as a teeny tiny bit of heat. Oh and they close sometime between lunch and dinner hours, so please be aware. Try this place if you haven't been before, you won't regret it!

Last Saturday, December 10. I ordered four items from the studio city California location for delivery using the app. The delivery was missing one item so I called the restaurant. The manager told me that I could either come in to pick up the order or come in the next day to get it. I asked for a refund and he fumbled around for a minute and then asked me for my username, which I did not want to give. Now I didn't get the order and I didn't get my money back. That sounds like a real scam to me. How many other customers has he done this to? I've been a customer of pick up sticks for many years, because they have lots of vegetarian items, but never again. I would not recommend using this business unless you want to get your money stolen from you. I believe any customer would've reasonably expected to have the item read delivered. I'm not sure what to do. Short of filing a police report.

Fresh great and tasty ingredients. I love coming here and speaking with the staff they are all so friendly especially the manager! The food is made on the spot so none of that old food that's been lying around. Parking is super easy and pricing of the food is well worth it. Def worth a try :)

I opted to order online and pick up. We had spicy orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and cream cheese wontons. I showed up on time and upon walking in there was a couple in front waiting as their order was being bagged. The short guy with glasses working didn't look up once when I came in or at someone else after me picking up an order. Waited for 10 minutes as I see the cook continue to put finished meals on the pass through window and the front guy just still ignoring everything but the same order he's been bagging. Eventually the cook comes around and asks for my the name on my order. Well, the food had been sitting there (along with loads of others) but my wontons were never made. Eventually the front guy gets into some odd exchange with a different cook about the wontons. The other cook then makes the wontons and starts bagging my items. He's about to tie it up and finally give it to me when the front guy decides he now needs to check my order and spends more time looking at things. I don't know why when the other cook had already done it. Ended up getting extra soy sauce and utensils but what a hassle. Anyway! The food was alright. Similar to Panda Express. But I did feel like I got a better portion of chicken then Panda would have given. The rice was a bit mushy so that was unfortunate. Wontons were good but nothing special. I did like that I could get the orange chicken spicy. I don't think I'll order again from here anytime soon. The front guy whose head was in the clouds definitely ruined the ease of online order/pickup.

I went in on Saturday night around 8p.m. Never been to that location but had been to a Stix years ago. The manager helped me out and was super nice and helpful. I got confused about what went into the Family Dinner and I messed up my order. Manager let me know what I could do and order for the Family Dinner. Either way, when's it's all said and done, head on over there. Tasty food prepared after you order it. Two thumbs up for Pick-Up-Stix! ?

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Ordered, after 1.5 hours, still waiting. Terrible service, not enough staff for a pickup-only place. Finally walked out, after seeing a couple other customers asking for refunds.

I feel most patrians are too generous with their stars. The food is mediocre or on the lower end of the scale. The chicken tonight was overcooked, even burnt and then they decided to just cover it with orange glaze. Like no one would notice. The fried rice tasted and appeared to be leftover rice. The steak in a steak and broccoli was also overcooked and very tough. I have a hard time giving them 2 Stars. This is totally a fast food establishment with very little concern as to Quality. Try any other Chinese or oriental restaurant nearby. You will be happier. I would suggest you not going to this one at all.

I think the House Chicken must have crack in it because it is very addictive. Beware, lol! The portions are generous so a meal would be lunch and dinner for me. The person at the counter is also very nice.
