Ramen Chef Kei is a highly skilled and very talented chef and the valley is lucky to have such plant based food of this caliber being offered. The yuzu sesame ramen is extraordinarily delicious, full of depth and flavor! The fresh yuzu really brings all the flavors out in the dish and I loved it!

I just loved everything about this place. We had their signature Ramen, the Rolls and a Mac and Truffle. Everything was so delicious. It's such a shame that I'm living 11 hours away, otherwise I'd come back all the time. I'm still dreaming about this place.

Would rate this place even higher if I could. Probably the best ramen and best vegan food I’ve ever had. We came twice last time we visited LA (they had just opened) and then recently came back three times when we visited again!The customer service is so friendly and the food is delicious! The truffle Mac is my favourite! And all the ramens we tasted were 10/10! Just wish they had a restaurant in the UK!

The ramen is so so amazing!! We actually didn't even realize it's vegan until 5 mins before getting seated haha. It was so complex, and the smoke actually elevated the flavor and wasn't a gimmick. The crispy bits (I think the Soboro) was my fave part of the ramen :)

Food was delicious. We had the spicy miso and it was good but our favorite was the spicy roasted miso avocado roll. It was delicious to say the least. With our spicy miso ramen we got a side of white rice and i believe it was topped with cheddar cheese and it was ok. I would skip on that in our future visit. Overall, it was great food, its a nice, small restaurant but very comfy. Service was good too. Totally recommend it.

I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW DELICIOUS THE RAMEN WAS! So flavorful, great portions and great presentation. The staff is so friendly as well. It's a very intimate restaurant and feels cozy. 100% coming back here as many times as I could!

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot on a cold night. Spouse is vegan so this was a pleasant surprise finding out the variety of plant based options. All the ramen and rolls are vegan. I didn’t verify if the Mac and cheese dishes were. Either way, don’t let it put you off it you’re used to having animal protein. The tofu was perfectly seasoned and really firm texture. All the broths seemed to be on the heavier side but really flavorful. Pretty IG worthy as others’ reviews have shown. I think they have to keep the front door open just to air out the smoke from every order. It’s a counter service joint, extremely small with only about ten 2 seater tables-which you can push together to seat a bigger party. The staff was quick, friendly and attentive. Would definitely revisit if given the opportunity in the future. The only downside is the awful parking, but what do you expect? It’s LA.
