Love this place, and everyone I bring loves it too. Cute atmosphere in the outdoor patio, but I love the embossed tin roof inside. My fave menu items are the carnitas taco, street corn, and a spiked horchata.

Solid 3.5 stars. Ambiance is really cool. They have an indoor and outdoor area. Parking is metered, lot across the street, or side streets. For what you get, the prices were pretty expensive but the food was tasty. A virgin margarita was only a dollar less than one with alcohol which I thought was expensive. You order food from one bar and drinks from the other bar. Close out the tab where you opened it.

Yummy can't wait to eat them again! Crunchy tacos are my favorite! And the fresh margaritas!

Very good salsa selection, which generally correlates to pretty good food (as in this case). Had the Roadside Burrito with fish and it was excellent. Family had the the hot chicken tacos, chicken jalisco tacos, and fish and shrimp tacos. All were very well received. I'd definitely check this place out if I were in the area. Miles better than anything near Universal.

The food was decent, got the carne asada, al pastor, hot chicken, roadside taco, guacamole & chips, churro, and drinks. The food was warm and the chips & guacamole was in a small bag with about maybe 4-6 oz of guacamole. It really added up quickly, 4 tacos, 1 bag of chips, and 2 drinks was $60. The 1 churro was $7. They also charge a 3% credit card surcharge. I'm not coming back here. Everything is on the expensive side on a regular night. They probably get the most business at Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday but is there any value to go out of your way on a week night to eat here?

Ate there before a show at The Baked Potato, and it was pretty good! I ordered a crispy potato taco, a quesadilla taco with shrimp, and street corn in a cup. I really liked the crispy potato taco and the street corn in a cup. Both had lots of flavor and texture. Service was quick and friendly, and the outdoor covered patio was really nice. It's walking distance to The Baked Potato.

Hello Roadside Tacos we are here visiting for the weekend. We are staying at the hotel next door. We wanted a place to eat Friday evening but couldn't decide, as it was getting late we decided let's go eat at Roadside Tacos. I am so glad we did that place was awesome the tacos were amazing I got the mahi mahi tacos and the Potatoe taco all of them tasted so delicious even the three different salsas were excellent. The atmosphere was very inviting...old school. And the people who helped me at the counter were fantastic. We were there 03/22/2024 around 930-10pm. Just puttin the date and time in there so whoever is in charge can acknowledge the workers for doing a fantastic job with customer service and taking care of all the patrons in your establishment. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back.

Elite taco option. Great inside outside space. Fabulous bar vibes / music. It has been said this is the best margarita in Los Angeles. I agree. Victoria is served here. Translating as: they are ready for pro taco eaters :)

This place is really good. The tacos are delicious. The loaded mulitas are a good size and filling. The service is quick; you seat yourself and they turn on the heaters for you if you sit outside. When you order they ask for your number and you get a text when your food is ready which is convenient. The patio outdoor seating was our favorite, with music playing. Would 100% recommend.

Came here because a friend recommended their queso dip. But more on that later! All in all it was a solid place with good food and a fun ambiance. Let me break it down. First note you have to order at the register but get drinks at the other bar. Kind of annoying but whatever. We started off with their corn and their queso dip. Both were our favorite items we had! Definitely will get those again next time. The tacos is where it kind of fell short. Their quesadilla one was good, their chorizo one was okay and their chicken was okay. The Al pastor were the best of the bunch. The churro was tasty! The drinks were alright. Neither strong, large, nor super tasty. All in all this is a great drinks and appetizer place! The outdoor patio will be great during summer. Parking is street or across the way there is a lot.

Amazing food! Loved the Coconut Shrimp!!! My family little girls loved their Steak Taco, and Chicken Tacos. We will be back next time we are in town. *recommend parking across the street for free parking.

The tacos were good. The drinks were a bit sweet for my liking. I would return but only for the tacos. Feels like a nice lunch spot. Inside there is a bar where you order drinks and a separate food counter where you order food. They only have to swipe your cc once between the 2 counters to create a tab. Nice flavors and variety of tacos.
