I ordered a sandwich online using the Buy One Get One free promotion that's currently going on. After entering the code on the app I assumed everything was good to go. I showed up and there was only one sandwich ready. Politely asking for the other one and trying to figure out if I entered things incorrectly, the associate wasn't willing to help me. After a couple minutes of trying to figure things out I was continually met with resistance from the associates end. When it came to asking for a customer service number I was again told, "no" and that "it's my fault, not her's." All I wanted was some information regards to how to get the other item that was apart of my purchase. Truly a disappointing experience. After getting in touch with the store's manager the following day there was still nothing he could do nor even offering to help rectify the situation. The phone number that I was given for customer support wasn't for customer service, it was for their tech support team. Again, no help. All in all, a disappointing experience at this location from the associate to the store manager.

AVOID this subway: there was a strip of metal in my sandwich. I think it came from an olive. Clearly, they aren’t looking out for your health or safety here. Avoid.

WAY over priced. Paid $24 for a foot long boss sandwich meal. Literally that's a meatball sandwich and medium drink with 2 cookies. The one in Hollywood charges $16 for the same thing but large. How are you charging 50% more. Will def not be back at those price gouging prices. Reading the reviews the owner seems not like a very nice guy either.

This is a rip-off in my opinion I just paid $9.29 for a 6 inch tuna it seems like if you don't buy ships and drink they charge you a footlongTwo days ago I bought the same sandwich 2 miles away from there for $6.49

Pricey for a Subway. Doesn't offer daily specials and a basic 6 inch combo meal cost me 16 bucks. Won't be keeping them in my lunch rotation.

Great customer service from the lady working by herself! She was really sweet and my sandwich came out fast and was really tasty! I haven't had Subway in awhile and coming here made me miss it all over again!

If you can avoid having the owner make you sandwich, you may be ok. The owner is extremely skimpy (cheap) with ingredients. You literally have to beg him to add more vegies. If you ask for olives, for examples, he'll give you 5 small slices of olive. And its the same for all the other vegies.

Just a warning avoid this Subway location. If you must go to one drive out of your way to another location. It's over priced and the owner will cheat you. Just giving everyone a heads up to avoid at all costs.

12$ for a all vegetable sandwich. No patty, no meat. And the employee making the sandwich essentially threw the ingredients on there as if it wasn't food I was about to put into my body. I left there feeling pretty shameful and embarrassed.

My husband just left and met the owner, super welcoming and not everyday we get subway hospitality. For some reason, they left such a positive impact on our family prepping our sandwiches for Disneyland!
