JUST LEFT THIS PLACE AND THE CASHIER ALLOWED ME TO STAND THERE FOR ALMOST 10 MINS AS SHE WAS COMPLETING ANOTHER ORDER BEFORE TELLING ME SHE CANT COMPLETE MY ORDER BECAUSE SHE HAD TOO MANY OTHER ORDERS ALREADY.. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON LEFT IN THE STORE.. maybe someone should be helping

5 stars! Why?Adan, that's why! Who's Adan?Adan is the sandwich artist standing behind the buffet of processed meats and cheeses, precut veggies and sauces. He greets you with a humble smile while putting on his gloves and says "welcome to subway. How can I help you? I have 10 bucks for lunch so I get footlong cold cut. Another customer walks in and another employee greets her. She orders quickly and wizzes by Adan who is slowly getting my bread. He toast the bread. I ask for Mayo and mustard first and says "No problem. Is this good? Would you like more?" He SLOWLY lines up the meat PRECISELY across the bread. Does the same with the cheese. I say " wow, you're really precise." He thinks I'm complaining but he sees my smile and realizes I am complimenting him. The other employee smiles at him and is wizzing back and forth behind Adan and is done with the other customer's order. Adan takes me to the veggies. He lays each one softly and slowly making sure all the veggies are evenly placed. He asks" do you want more? Is that good?" I tell him with a smile that it's perfect. He wraps it and bags it, smiles and tells me to enjoy. Best sandwich I ever had (from Subway that is).Why? Because he made it with LOVE. Thank you Adan!If you want Subway and you're in the area and you have time to slow down a little, hopefully Adan is not to busy to give you some love.Leave a tip too!

Home of the $20 combo meal. Food was decent, fresh and the tables were clean. Good enough if you're on the go. No public bathroom.

This has to be by far the worst Subway I have ever been to, I had placed an online order but I arrived a few minutes prior to my pickup time and when I asked how long it would be before my order is ready and angrily told me there’s still 10 minutes until your order is supposed to be ready with some of the worst attitude I’ve received from any establishment. You would assume as the owner she would have a better understanding of customer service and common sense, but I guess as they say common sense isn’t that common anymore. Asides from the service they didn’t toast my sandwich that was supposed to be extra toasted nor did they add the avocados that I paid for. They also said they were “sold out of the smartwater” and replaced it with a much smaller dasani bottle without a single “sorry” The owner also dogged me down until I left the establishment.

It's your average Subway. Nothing special. It's a bit small but it works for the area it's located in.The staff was very nice and attentive. The location is ideal if you work in the area.

This one is good, but done expect to eat inside. They’ve removed all but one table even with the pandemic emergency ending.

Shady Subway location on the corner of Colfax and Ventura Blvd. First they didn’t honor my buy one get one free footlong coupon after making both subs when I showed them beforehand, then the shady owner charges me extra money for bacon on each of the two Monster subs when it comes with both steak and bacon. I will be reporting this location for further investigation. You DO NOT conduct business this way with customers, especially a customer who has been coming here for years! Not anymore from now on. Avoid this location.

Leaving this for the gentleman at the front today. He was very accommodating when I changed my order and even changed his gloves again for me. I am very picky about my food being touched and he was very nice about it. Great customer service!

Horrible experience. Ordered a BLT salad online (3 ingredients), website said it would be done in 20 minutes. I left work on my lunch (get very limited time, hence why I order ahead) got there 30 minutes just to be safe. The only employee "Ricardo" said it'd be another 15 minutes because he had "other orders." I explained that I'm on my lunch break and have limited time which is why I placed the order over 20 minutes ago. He just shrugged and said he's the only employee working. After waiting another 5 minutes in store watch Ricardo do nothing and make no sandwiches I asked again about me salad. He was then rude to me and said he was just about to make my salad but then I complained so now he wasn't. I'm out of time so I ask for his name and his managers name, he reluctantly said his name was Ricardo and that the manager would be in tomorrow. This employee made poor excuses and was rude. I'm now having to get a refund from Subway website? I don't even know how that works. Also lodged a complaint with corporate about the store and Ricardo. Never coming here again.

I used to work at a subway and I will never be able to eat there now because every sandwich feels like it is made by a toddler if I'm not making it myself.
