I order the same thing sometimes twice a week, and what they gave me is not how I ordered it. I paid for extra protein, extra cheese and altered toppings. They didn't do any of it and that ain't cheap. The buffalo Ranch chicken wraps had no sauces on it at all. The chips were even wrong. I live approximately 30 minutes from this location as it is the best location and I called, I wrote to SW online... no answer and no response. I travel for work and had no way to come back in right away, so I came with my receipt and showed all my previous orders of which proved that I spend a lot of money here. This order was $49I showed the employees that I called on my call log to prove I did.The only answer is "We can't do anything." "The manager isn't here, she doesn't answer her phone." And "It was mu fault that I didn't call back 50 times until they answered." That was their best advice "We can't help you." Literally have been coming to this location for almost 20 years on my way home from work to get that kind of response. Even Subway corporate hasn't gotten back to me. The employees here said "They will send the manager an email the day after you send in a complaint." So I guess the manager just doesn't care. They even said "It must have been the new guy." Acknowledging he most likely messed it up. But still didn't care to do anything about it.Thanks a lot. I will spend my $100 a week elsewhere.

Staff who run the store very rude. Didn't listen, and even though the store was empty, rushed you through your order Messed up labeling the sandwiches because of rushing. Left off some of the ingredients on one of the sandwiches I ordered. Won't go back to that Subway.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I PLACED ORDER ONLINE. THEY GOT 2 OF THE 5 SANDWICHES WRONG! MISSING PROTEIN AND ADD ONS. VEGGIES ON THE SANDWICHES WERE WRONG AS WELL. NIGHTMARE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

The person that handed me my sandwiches was very sweet and that is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I had called previously to say that I was going to tip in person, not on my credit card , as I ordered online. I had a BOGO deal. Unfortunately, the amount of chicken on both footling sandwiches had to be under 2 ounces combined. Obviously when they see that you order with a deal, they cut back on the portion. Or maybe their sandwiches are always that way. With tax and tip and the Bogo offer, I paid a little over $14 for mostly bread, pickles, lettuce, peppers and sauce. Never again!!! ‘Rip-off’ is an understatement!!! If you’re going to raise the price of a sandwich because of inflation, at least give us the protein we pay for.

Been coming to subway a long time. I ordered a six inch. Ordered my sauce on the side. They charged me 1.00$ for a small ramekin of sauce... it's not the money it's just. Wow. 1.00 for a side of sauce. That's as much as the drinks or chips. I could see .50 cents but they just robbing people for sauce here.

Where do I start! Super low key location so there's never a wait and the employees seem super competent and easy to talk to. I really want to give a thumbs up to Alex. This man always puts a smile on my face every time I come in and is such a heart warming person. I know it's just subway but it's the little things in life folks that make everything come together. Five minutes of my day for a memory for the rest of my life. Keep it up Alex thanks always.

Omg I ordered subway for me and my employees and I received my subway full of Mayonnaise and onions I had ordered the 6inch steak for me everyone else got foot longs and me the one who order the small one got the worst sandwich ever I asked for no Mayo and the whole sandwich was full of Mayo and Onions I couldn't even see the meat I am so thankful that I am not allergic to mayonnaise because I promise I would of died from all that mayonnaise .....Worst sandwich I ever had. No more Subway for me.
