The best sushi hands down! I love this place so much. It's so beautiful inside and the service is excellent!

As usual it slaps! Fantastic service and good food. The quality is always fantastic. The one thing that was a bit off this time compared to the other times I've been has been the fact that the fish didn't seem to be timed out well, and it would arrive out of sink with my friends food. And we ordered the same lite box. Otherwise -- I love it and this has been my tenth time back so I'm obviously a fan!

Best experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing and Siobhan was so delightful and made our whole experience. It's a little dark in the restaurant but everything else makes up for it. Great night overall, thank you Siobhan for all the suggestions and making our night.

Very strange place. No one is in charge. Very slow service. Do not come here with hungry kids. We waited for 15 min in between pieces.Food was good tasting and fresh. Rice was falling apart and hard for me to handle with chopsticks. No tips are accepted! Perhaps this is why service was mediocre.Very loud. Small room with sound bouncing all over the place.Drink more, perhaps you will enjoy it more.

We took friends from London here and had a strange experience. A few of us have allergies or just don't like certain tastes. I ordered scallops which said had a yuzu/ponza sauce. I asked the waiter what yuzu was and he said it was spicy. I asked if I could just have ponzu and he said NO! What?! He said, "We don't do that here." I asked if I could have it on the side. He said NO! "The chef doesn't let us do that." I said, "So I can't get a little dash of just ponzu on the side?" "NO!" My friend told him we have eaten sushi in all kinds of restaurants since the nineties. He was very apologetic but that is the restaurant's policy. Is this place Sushi Nazis!? (a la Seinfeld) What is so wrong with giving the customer what they want/need?? SO then he tells me that the yuzu isn't that spicy. He could have led with that! So I asked if he could bring me the yuzu/ponzu sauce on the side. "NO!" I gave him my plate back so he could take it back to the kitchen so THEY could put the sauce on it - as that is their policy. It came back with literally less than a teaspoon of sauce! We're never going back there again. A place that doesn't accommodate people's tastes/needs or wants, is not a place I will ever go to. One of our London friends is very allergic to wheat and there was no tamari or wheat free soy sauce to give her and of course, they wouldn't put any other sauce on the side! That's just crazy. I'm a vegetarian and only eat scallops, since they are bi-valves (no mothers!) so I had 2 orders of scallops, a bay scallop hand roll and a cut cucumber roll (they also don't have avocado!) and some edamme and it was $45!! The cucumber roll was just rice and cucumber and it was $12! (I thought I was getting the 6 piece roll but they delivered an 8 piece roll!) They also don't have hot sake, only cold. It was very noisy too. Other than that....

The food here was delicious. We were really lucky and didn't have to wait in line, but right after we got sat there was a wait. We ordered the most expensive set and the raw pink lobster sashimi was my favorite. It was delicious! Very good quality and service.

One of my favorite sushi spots! It's always such a treat at sugarfish. The service is attentive and great. The courses are delicious. And you can't beat the price for an omakase style course. Every plate is delicious. The Trust Me course is perfect for 1 person and the equivalent of one specialty sushi roll at your typical sushi spot. There is a 16% add on fee for operations. You do not need to tip so I think the 16% is fair and is actually lower than what I would have tipped, especially with the kind service. The interior is intimate, small, and cozy. Parking is free for 90min + a fee for anything over. There is an ice cream spot next door that is perfect to end the night with.

One of the highlights is the warm rice, perfectly seasoned and served at optimal temperature to complement the delicate flavors of the fish. The progression of courses is well-paced, allowing guests to savor each bite and appreciate the nuances of every dish.

Ambiance is low light with lots of conversations. Staff is nice. Wait is not long. Food is delish, per the usual. Unfortunately, our waitress didn't fill our drinks the entire time so we were quite thirsty. Otherwise, no complaints. This was not our first time a Sugarfish & won't be our last.

Very busy place with delicious but not very authentic sushi. I enjoyed the exotic fish this place serves and the "Trust Me" menu they offer. It comes with different nigiri's and different handrolls. I enjoyed the fish they had, especially toro which is my favorite (glad they had that option). I was disappointed in the quality or authenticity of their sushi as the sushi rice was falling apart (which it shouldn't) and the "handroll" was rolled up like a rectangular burrito (which I was expecting the ice-cream-cone looking handroll). Overall, food tasted good in my belly, but hard to eat sometimes with the rice falling apart. The service of the place is great! Everyone is very friendly. All employees served well. I do wish that the servers announced what the dish is or the fish on the plate when the food is served as I sometimes did not know what I was eating. The place has super super dim lighting, so it gives a very intimate atmosphere. It's in a plaza where parking will need to be paid for. I do like how this place is right next to an ice cream shop. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here, and it was good to try once.

First time having Sugarfish, and won't be the last. Had the Trust Me box and it was so pretty and everything was so tasty. The rice especially was sweet and perfect and loved the instructions on how to dip with the various sauces and toppings.

Like every other Sugarfish location I have been to, this one also does not disappoint. Pretty fast service, excellent fish quality, I always enjoy the specials for some variety.
