We love Los Altos. My husband and some friends compare the food to other Mexican Restaurants in the area and they say it is much better/authentic. The waiters/waitress are always nice, but I think some times understaffed like most restaurants these days.
I have raved about this place. We've had birthdays here, family events. Last night 12/23/23 was the worst customer service ever. We waited 15 minutes and no contact. Keep in mind it was only 4 tables occupied and they had food. It took my wife to wave over the waitress. I'm sad because of these events. I will never eat here again.

We randomly called Los Altos after being given a 2-hour wait time at a nearby Mexican restaurant. So glad we ended up at Los Altos! The four of us sat in a booth in the bar and were greeted warmly by the bartender who took our drink order. Before long we were relaxing & sipping delicious house-made Cadillac margaritas.
