WHAT I GOT: -Pork Belly Sisig Fries $11 8/10 - This is something I'd get again! The Sisig is cooked really nicely and they give a good portion. The fries are still crispy and go really well flavor-wise with the sisig! -3 Tacos (Tocino, Chicken Adobo, Chicken BBQ) $9 6.5/10 - Got Achara (pickled carrots similar to the ones on banh mi) and Cilantro based on the cashier's recommendation. Really made it feel like fusion! Overall I really liked the Chicken BBQ meat but the other two meats were okay. Nothing too special about the tortillas. LOCATION/SEATING: -it's a food truck so just depends where you find them. I got them in Playa Vista (I/O Playa Vista 12180 Millenium Dr.) near my work and they have a food truck area with different trucks everyday. There's some seating directly behind the trucks and some more near the park. They only come to this location about once a month from what I saw on our food truck schedule. WAIT: -There was about 2 people in front of me around 11:50 am (we left early to beat the lunch rush). Again, varies by location but if it's in a work area, it gets busy 12-1 pm and they're only here until about 2:30 pm NOTES/DEALS: -It's pretty rare to see Filipino establishments so this was pretty cool! -You can make any meal a combo by adding $2.50 and you get a drink and a pork lumpia -You can also Build Your Own Bowl for $9 -They said they update their location on their social media so you can follow them @acharafoo

I really wanted to like this truck, but it fell short. Here's what I had: Pork Belly Sisig Bowl - When I opened the box and saw the char on the pork, I thought I was in for a treat. That wasn't the case. It lacked seasoning and was actually chewy and overcooked. The rice was also overcooked, which is always a total letdown. Beef Bistek Calipino Burrito - Because of the way the burrito was rolled, I got a ton of fries in the beginning and basically all meat at the end. I wouldn't recommend getting bistek in the burrito: even though they're thin slices, a lot of it comes out in just one bite (more than you can chew). However, the bistek was a heck of a lot better than the pork belly sisig. Lumpia - Average, nothing to write home about.

I love this place. If youre in burbank, they are a must have for lunch. It is a generous portion of umami. And the staff is super friendly, helping with recommendations and providing you with quality service.I got the bbq chicken bowl with a fried egg and the banana bbq sauce. I was in an absolute state of bliss. You cannot go wrong with the bbq chicken. And i cannot wait to try out their speciality fries and adobo next time!
