I started with a smoked turkey sandwich with aged sharp Swiss. It needed no condiments whatsoev... I ended up leaving with two prosciutto sandwiches, one mortadella sandwich, and one so sopresata. The closest place to get this kind of quality is east of Rome and it is called Mush Meat. simply, and clearly the very best.

You can tell how passionate the owner about the curing process and you can taste the perfection he puts it to this amazing process to create the best bastarama I have have ever eating since being on this earth for 39 years . I had my friends try the 1lb i haw purchased and they were as impressed as well .

Hands down the best cured meat processing market I have been to. I usually get the NY STEAK BASTURMA and the SUJUK which I did today 11-18-22 but the gentleman over the counter said let me show you the best of the best NY WAGYU SPECIAL this was wort every penny WOW. I must mention they have a wide range of choices of cured meats like duck, chicken, pork, turkey and beef. They have sandwiches too.
Great attitude with amazing customer services. I can’t even believe how delicious the basturmas were honestly wasn’t really aware of so many different varieties such as chicken and Turkey basturmas so yummy highly recommended. Great prices !!
