The worst service ever the rudest employees ever America was the person who made my sandwich she has the worst attitude is very rude, very aggressive, even towards her employees. When I asked her name, she pointed to her head and asked me if I could not read when I asked her if they had pastrami sandwiches, she rudely pointed to the menu, when I asked her to put more time on my food, she said it’s my problem. If it gets burnt steer clear of this place, it has a foul smell the food taste nasty lived in sun valley all my life. I’ve been here a few times and never had this type of service I worked fast food for nine years I’m a general manager I would never allow my employees to speak in this manner or act this way, they would definitely be let go as I reached out to the corporate office they directed me to the store owner. The store owner didn’t seem to care much about my opinion and what I had to say about America, they said that their employees are very qualified trained for service. I felt to see that good way to lose Customer subway. You need to hire all new employees. Your reviews are horrible. Customers are complaining and you’re doing nothing.

I ordered the 12" Footlong Hot Shot Italiano (Spicy Italian). The sub should include 2x Provolone cheese, 10pcs of Pepperoni &10pcs of Salami.My sub only had 8 pcs of Pepperoni, 8 pcs of Salami, and 6 pcs of Provolone Cheese. Definitely not following proper Sub Build. When I was asked for Veggies, the hand of the preparer was so shy on the amount put on the sub. The Sub was so light weight, I couldn't believe how weak that looked. The tomatoes were not looking fresh either, looked like they were from the previous day.This store needs a change on management, everything is done to save money on product (veggies, meats, cheese etc.). Not only that, this store doesn't take Coupons. SUBWAY, please send a secret shopper here if you don't believe me.Thank you for reading this, and I won't be coming here for a while.

Workers are NOT honest, we left a phone on the counter, after placing an order. Location shows that the phone is there, they said its not. They show only the camera where the customer is standing by not the overhead so we can see who took the phone.Also, The Sandwich was made sloppy, they threw everything on the bread its like they are making food for an animal. I would not use them ever again. We work down the street and we use to go there often. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If only I could review for zero stars. The staff are untrained and provide no explanation or warning when substituting items. Employees only provide an explanation when caught substituting items without asking if they are wanted & then do not know how to cancel or refund orders when the substitution is not wanted. "Come back tomorrow" says the only employee in the store who can't operate the cash register..I don't have time to come back tomorrow, nor is it my responsibility to come back tomorrow and waste more time for this locations lack of training. Customers service available to help online/by phone for a refund? Of course not!

Nastyyy.. I had this delivered to me , let me tell you the smellll of the sandwich so disgusting I couldn't eat it. Everything was old inside the sandwich and look how it was delivered to me soggy. By far this the worse subway location I ate. Runnnnnnn from them you might even get food poisoning from them. Look at the picture I posted that should tell you there food quantity. Btw my house is not even 5 mins away from them.
Rude staff, they're usually gossiping amongst themselves. Answer your questions with a bad attitude, and with a that's gonna be extra frown. I've had the misfortune of having to stop here when pressed for time and need a quick bite.

I've been eating Subway for as long as I can remember, never in my life have I been told what I can and can't put on my sandwich that I'm paying for. There was also a very foul smell when I walked in smelled like mold or some thing. Worst customer service ever.
