First off, there was no one in their Waba Grill and it took over 10 mins to get my food. There were three people, not doing much and chatting with each other. One was making plastic bags for I don't know what. There is not much on their menu to warrant such a long wait time. And I should've checked Yelp about this Waba Grille before I ordered because the 2 star reviews say it all. The actual restaurant looks clean enough.

The owner of this place gets 1 star for being cheap. I don't think it's possible to buy a fork that's worse than the they give you to try and eat you $17 combo plate. Employees were great sorry to give them the 1 star.

Very disappointed, my son almost ate a metal wire found in the food! How can this be?! The workers do not have a manager to complaint in the location as well, the manager would arrive at 8pm today a worker stated . It was my last time going to this location. What a waste of space! Horrible service! Lost my appetite to eat this food. I demand a refund!

I recently tried out WaBa Grill for the first time and it certainly won't be my last! I love their fresh, healthy dishes that are packed with flavor. From the chargrilled teriyaki chicken to the grilled vegetables with rice and vegetables, there is something to please every palate. To top it all off, the food is super affordable and the staff are friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal, WaBa Grill is the perfect spot.

DISGUSTING! They serve rotten food here. If I could give 0 stars I totally would! I came in to get a bowl as I do at every other WaBa grill. My bowl had nasty avocado that was rock hard and hairy!! The broccoli was black and looked burnt and soggy like it had been in there for DAYS. It smelled gross also I couldn't eat it even though I tried to because I hate complaining. I drove back to the restaurant and politely asked for a refund and was told the manager would not be in until 6pm and that they guarantee she would issue a refund to me. It's been a full week and they have not returned my money. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. I've called multiple times and they haven't answered. Disgusting place and terrible customer service, save your money honestly.
