I am a customer from your restaurant but today I made an online order but the service was awful, to start off the food wasn't even complete the temperature of the food was all cold the rice was all burn, it was the leftover that they gave me, all the service and the food was horrible, bad service, awful

The Yoshinoya beef bowl tasted great! Super tasty. Absolutely delicious. The clam chowder was expensive than I expected. Visiting Yoshinoya on Sunday was busier than I thought. I suggest I’ll definitely come back again.

Need a lot of improvement, 1) She needs to learn people's skills (she's rude), like she doesn't like to work there. 2) Old dry rices (more than a couple of times) 3) The teriyaki chicken under is cook bit raw.Well.. I'm not surprised because thant restaurant been closed couple time due ? (Dirty??)

They always forget something from the order disappointing,burned noodles, hard, seriously not served plate properly, will not be going back here, spend too much here , for it to be so bad,, dam, waste of time , & still have the nerve, to ask what was wrong, with it. I did not enjoy the food. Those boba drinks are horrible and the food doesn’t look cooked well… the dumplings were like plastic and hard as a shell. Yuck.

They just put raw uncooked onion on top of the beef bowl and no broth. Unacceptable and contrary to company standards. Will not be returning until a new crew is trained. This was bad enough that I complained to corporate headquarters in Japan as this store reflects poorly and dishonors the companyWheelchair accessibility: Meets standards

I'm guessing the employees pay for the ingredients used in this location because wowwww the amount of food they give u is not ok at all I literally got 3 pieces of orange chicken on my combo plate with berly any rice or veggies while on my other combo paying extra for sauce for the teriyaki chicken yet didn't seem like extra to me. Recommend looking at ur orders before u leave the restaurant.
