10Butchers Korean BBQ in Sunnyvale has quickly become our favorite spot, with this being our sixth visit. The restaurant shines with its outstanding meat quality and a wide variety of side dishes. Plus, the staff takes care of grilling the meat, allowing you to sit back and enjoy. On the downside, it's pricier compared to other Korean BBQ places — a meal with three cuts of meat, glass noodles, and a Korean seafood pancake cost us over $300. Also, for those who prefer the hands-on experience of cooking their own meat, this might not be the ideal choice. Despite these points, the quality of the food is undeniable, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Great food, indeed!Vegetarian options: It is mostly for meat lovers.
My 2nd time here. Had the audacity to walk in at 6:30 pm on a Friday night for an early bday celebration. Was expecting and originally told that it would be a 2hr wait for my group of 5, but then they called us at 6:45 pm to come in within 15 min. 3 out of 5 people from my group was wasn't with us and at still at home 20 min away...but 10Butchers staff super nice and gave us until 7:05 for everyone to arrive before we could get seated.Service fantastic. They are super fast for our super fast-eating family. We ordered nakji (octopus) pajeon, wagyu mandu, steak tartar, seafood&wagyu soondubu, pork jowl, pork belly, ribeye cap, and short rib. Clean restaurant, clean ingredients. Banchan had a good variety too that I don't always see in all korean bbqs. Option of shaved yellow onions and thinly sliced pickled daikon on top of the usual shaved green onions is a major plus as condiments with the various grilled meats.Also because it was my birthday, they surprised me with halved chocopie's whipped cream with sliced strawberries at the end!

This is the kind of place that you'll go once in a while to either treat yourself or for a special occasion. Meat quality is always a1, and service is always a1 (they'll cook the meats for you). I've tried all 10 cuts and the ones I reccomend are the boneless shortrib and brisket. Do not forget the brisket! Only downside to 10 Butchers is the occasional wait, especially if you're with a bigger party.
