I got the 18 hour Texas brisket. I didn't expect to get my mind blown because this is a chain but I didn't expect really dried out brisket.They ask you if you want juicy, lean, or half and half. I got juicy. There was no juicy going on here. It was so dry, like it's been left in the oven for days or weeks. It also has a chemical aftertaste like liquid smoke.It really tastes like they make a quick 2 hour brisket last week, season with some liquid smoke, freeze it, then reheat it for the whole day for today.Just not worth the $20 for a small plate. Also it was a sad amount for a meal. I really only took in one bite like half a piece before I took a picture. Cornbread was okay, nothing special. Not worth the 5.95 or whatever the cost. The best thing I had here was the fries. Just plain fries. Because they were freshly made and not overcooked.

Great service, great food. Order a 3 meat plate with pulled pork, brisket and baby back ribs. The brisket and the pulled pork was an amazing and the ribs was ok. As a side, I ordered a mac & Cheese and potato salad and both were delicious. Highly recommend this spot.Kid-friendliness: They have a table games for the kids and the environment is very welcoming
ALRIGHT! I got the baby back ribs, pulled pork, cornbread muffin, and bacon Mac n cheese! Let’s start with the Mac n cheese! This was straight gassss. So good! The Mac n cheese was so creamy and cheesy and the bacon had such nice meaty flavor and complemented the Mac n cheese so well. The cornbread muffin was ok because it was cold and dry and they forgot my cinnamon butter! But it was still pretty good. The meats what good flavor but they were cold and there was barely any meat on my ribs! The bbq sauce was absolutely phenomenal I believe it was made in house! The pulled pork was somewhat tender and had a nice smoky flavor but it wasn’t that special. The ribs were ok, but there wasn’t that much meat! This was still a great amount of food and I’m feeling a little bloated right now! The service was nice and the ambiance give you a nice vibe unlike any o the restaurant feeling full American! Overall I wouldn’t go again, but I would reccomend Armadillo Willy’s just for their sides, so enjoy!

The brisket was dry and the seasoning was bland. The smoke was good. The pork ribs were dry as well. The seasoning was okay and the smoke was good. It seemed as though the brisket may have been sitting out for a while and could explain why the meat was so dry. The atmosphere was good, and the service was very good as well. The BBQ sauces were good.

It was so yummy that I forgot to take pictures. The pulled pork is tender and flavorful, the tater tots were crisped to perfection and the cornbread muffin was sweet and tasty. Had to get a brownie for the road.
