I love this place. The food is crazy delicious! I recommend to order wings and Ttokbokki. The employees are always nice and friendly. However, I have to wait at least 30-40 mins to get the food. Besides that, I highly recommend this place. Also it’s easy to park

I went there on a Tue night. Picked this location as it shows on Google search and google map that it opens till 10pm vs the Apple Park location that closes at 9pm. Stepped into the restaurant and it has a counter right by the front entrance. I asked the staff if the place stays opens till 10pm and she replied “around 9:15- 9:25pm”. We ordered the medium wings and fries. The fries were very tasty, piping hot and definitely freshly fried. I definitely prefer it over the sweet potato fries that we usually ordered since this is much tastier and crispier. The chicken wings came out after quite some time and the taste is on point but the size is a little lacking. This location also did not have cups and water for customer to self-serve unlike the Apple park location. They also do not provide customers with plastic gloves unlike the other location. The seats were also less comfortable as they were placed very close to the table. Overall ok, but I might choose to go to the Apple Park location if their closing hours are actually similar. I was thinking if the Google map or webpage indicated the closing hours as 10pm, they should either update their operating hrs online to reflect the actual closing hrs or change their closing time to 10pm to match the time shown online.

I give 3.6 stars out of 5. Food is good with nice size chicken pieces. However, dining in is less than comfortable with hard sitting surfaces and a unwelcoming feeling about it. Also a bit pricey for chicken.

As always I will give the facts and leave my opinion at the end. I've tried food from Cali to the East Coast.Pros: great parking free parking, and seating is open. And great pickle radishesCons: Firstly, powdered sugar should not be sweet potato fries(especially when not stated in menu or not asked). Secondly, the chicken wasn't crispy as advertised and that's where I was upset the most.Thirdly, the Rose’ Ddeok-Bokki was neutral at best. Not good nor bad, felt like I had a huge cheesy feel with tofu. Not a good combo.Lastly, overprice for a chain restaurant without an experience. In my opinion this place doesn't give an experience or a foodie feel service that is why I ranked it so low. And overpriced with a lack of flavor..

I ordered half of the seasoned chicken and it was plentiful and delicious. It lacks the crunchiness, but is delicious. It tastes just like the seasoned chicken you eat in Korea!

(Jungkook voiceover) The vibe is fab chicken place. Music vids rock! Right smack dab in the middle of Sunnyvale. Mariana warmly greeted us. She is super friendly! We got the Chicken wings Secret Sauce. That crispy batter. Sweet. Tangy. Mystery. Maybe a hint of orange. Finger licking goodiness! Chicken wings Soy Garlic. Scrumptuous like the IG model who loved them. Yum! Pickedl Radish. Nice contrast! Cute cubes. Strawberry Lemonade. Wow. Tart. Liquid Death Convicted Melon. Good. No sugar! Sooooo fricken' chicken delish! Would order everythin' again! Woohoo

The service is nothing special, but it's not bad either. But the CHICKEN was INSANE. So crispy, with a good amount of meat, deliciousness in all the various flavors. I really enjoyed their super spicy hot wings. Wife loved the honey garlic. Ambience wise, again nothing special, great for a boys night out, not fancy for a fancy date, but hey, is she likes the chicken wings, then this will be a hit for sure!

I’ve been watching a lot of Korean dramas so I had an urge to eat some K-BBQ chicken and tteok-bokki. Wow, the chicken was tasty. Also, the batter held up nicely and was just as crunchy as leftovers warmed in an air fryer the following day. There is enough chicken in one combo to share between 2 liters eaters. We ordered 2 different chicken lunch combos (one with rice and the other with fries) and the rice cake which was way too much for 2 of us to finish. The reason for the down-grading of stars for the food is because I got a headache both days when eating the chicken and tteok-bokki. Not sure if it was the saltiness, spiciness, or seasonings used. The wait is long but I guess that means it is made fresh after ordering. I found it weird that water is not freely offered for dine-in customers (must buy bottles). Because you can only imagine how thirsty we were after eating the saucy-spicy chicken and rice cakes, right?

The chicken here is consistently good, and the food is always ready on time when I order through the app. Some people say the location in Cupertino is better, but I disagree!

Had this place bookmarked and finally tried it! Ordered the original boneless, galbi boneless and with bones, and honey garlic wings. Got it ordered and first thing I noticed was the packaging. It was packaged very well! Next thing was the smell. Wow, it smelled delicious! But once I bit into chicken itself it was actually alright. Maybe I missed something, but it wasn't as great as everyone kept raving about. I will say the honey garlic wings were the best! They had the crunch I was looking for. Definitely will try again but perhaps in person this time !

I was researching different places in the Sunnyvale/Santa Clara area for the best korean fried chicken and this was one of the top spots. I was interested in trying Von's and 99 Chicken, but I think those two are closed on Mondays while this place isn't, so I ordered a bunch of stuff from the bb.q chicken website. I was surprised to see that you can schedule an order for a certain pickup depending on when you plan to eat, so that was very convenient on the restaurant's behalf. You submit your order, they text/email you a confirmation, and then let you know when the order is to be ready for pickup. What I ordered: galbi boneless, half portion (3/5) -- super savory, smoky, sticky sauce and loved the green onions but a lot of the pieces in this batch were dry/stringy golden original boneless, half portion (4/5) -- probably because I drove with the box still closed, but by the time my guy and I ate, it was not as crispy as I envisioned..still flavorful and juicy...if you're sensitive to heat like me, there is a slight kick that otherwise would go unnoticed by the average person honey garlic boneless, half portion (5/5) -- the favorite of the three, this was flavorful, juicy, and crispy The fried chicken comes with the typical cubed white radish. I believe the total was ~$50 and portion wise, what I got for me and my boyfriend, this was perfect if you don't plan on eating anything else for a meal. I would return with those who really love fried chicken since this place's flavors are on point without being too salty or intense.
