Highly recommend for rabdi jalebi, the jalebi was thin crispy and rabdi was delicious. Would come back for this.We also tried the falooda and the ice cream was delicious but the noodles (sev) were hard, that took away the flavor I do wish they can get the correct sev it felt frozen. The service was excellent. I will be back to try more stuff.

It’s like the restaurant acts as though they’re doing a service serving

Consistently good food. You need to go into the entrance on the other side to order from the counter, I see there is some confusion with that. Typically no staff to seat you in the dining room, but that’s where you can sit after ordering.

I've eaten here several times and the food is great. Staff are friendly, though important to note you need to order at the register on the sweets side. Entrance is around the side of the building, so don't let that sour your experience. There's a quieter dining room down the hallway where you can eat afterwards. I have no complaints

Horrible!!Starting from the attitude of the person at the register.. most irritating person ever.. asks for Rabdi with jilebi as if it’s free but never mentions its 4$, for that 2 spoon quantity. And taking phone number every time for no reason whatsoever.Really the only good dish is the overpriced Jilebi. Ordered Chole Samosa, waited for 20mins and then came the stale samosa & with stale chole curry. It upset my stomach the rest of the day. Never going back again..The Service, Hygiene and the food Quality is going down everyday, not sure how long this will survive.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could.Yesterday we wanted to try this place. When I called I was told they did not take phone orders and I should order online. So I did that and the food was going to be ready in 30 mins and I picked curbside pickup. When I got to the restaurant there was lots of parking so I parked right outside and called the number I was given. No one picked up, the second time I called it went to voicemail and said the mailbox was full! The third time some guy picked up and when I said I was here for my online order he sounded puzzled.By the way, there was not a single person in the restaurant so it wasn't that that they were busy. He came into the empty restaurant and talked to a guy who was there talking on his phone. They went to the register where the computer was and pulled out a piece of paper ( my order) I was right outside so I could see all this. At that point I went to the door and they said that they didn't know about the order and could make it now which would take 30 minutes. There was no way I was going to wait so I asked for my money back. Initially he was going to put it back on my credit card but then gave me cash. He tried to shortchange me by giving me less than I had paid!!I am curious to see how long this restaurant lasts given that they have no idea how to do online orders and don't take phone orders and that there was not a single customer there at 8 pm on a Saturday evening!

This place once used to be good, but now it has gone really bad and is highly unhygienic- they served rotten Alu curry and also refused to accept it. When we reported- this guy came charging from inside - making claims that the curry was good. Would not recommend. It’s absolute waste of time, money and calories.

Lame failed attempt by the next door food stand to make people pay even more by seating them. Horribly managed, lack of proper service and the food quality is bad. Don't waste time coming here when there are numerous actual restaurants in the area.

Rabdi Jalebi, Malai Chops, Gatta curry, malpua, raj kachori, dal Baati, wow, wow, wowwww. My mouth is still watering even as I am typing this. Authentic Rajasthani fare. Simple and no frills. Lot of convenient parking. Indian grocery next door. Rhythm (or is it Ridam) at the counter is a fun guy, lively and keeps his customers engaged in good natured banter. It is my first time at Bikanos and I will be sure to be back. So much more to try.

There’s nobody to attend you at the door. Waited 10 mins.. It looks like you have to walk into bikaner sweets store to get their attention..

This places rips off their customers! Bought some sides to take out and all the prices were higher than what is posted on their menu! And what you get is super small...$5 for a small piece of garlic naan?I'll never go back...this place is a ripoff!

We ordered their over priced chicken biriyani, worst experience ever. The customer service is very poor. When we showed up at the door no one pay attention that you exist, they ignored me for a while. If you want people to come to the business please teach your staff basic customer service skills. The biriyani does not have any flavor other than bland oily rice and fried chicken.

I had bookmarked bikaner sweets/jalebi street since a long time but never got a chance to go. This last week the cravings jalebi hit hard and we decided to go to bikaner sweets. This is a small sweets place with a couple of tables but it was very chilly in there. We found that there is a connected restaurant with Bikanos which is new place and not yet fully functional but they had tables and chairs and it was warm. We were given the menu for Bikaner sweets along with some more entrees they are introducing in the restaurant. We ordered the chhole bhatura, paneer pasanda, raj kachori and jalebi with rabri. Chhole bhatura: this was seriously yummy chhole. Super flavorful. Bhatura was a bit crunchy and not as soft but i will let it go. 5 stars. Paneer pasanda: gravy was very flavorful. Paneer was in form of deep fried paneer like paneer pakoda. Innovative but difficult to cut through or eat with naan. 4 starsOnion kulcha: was great. 4 starsRaj kachori: good balance of sauces and yogurt on the kachori. 4 stars Jalebi with rabri: piping hot Jalebi with cold rabri. Heaven!! The jalebi syrup was tad too sweet so after a few bites i was done. Mango lassi: special mention here as it was very yummy with cardamom flavor.Service was good. Only 1 person was serving but he was very gracious and helpful. He got us onions and green chilly and made sure we had everything. There were some hiccups here and there but that's because the restaurant is not yet ready. Their new menu should be available in couple of weeks and we can't wait to try more items here.

Besides the rude owner who keeps yelling at this employees, everything is fabulous at this spot. This is one of the most authentic Indian restaurant I have tried in the Bay Area.
