Why is the website so poorly organized? What's wrong with a list of items with descriptions? Instead we have groups, sub-groups, then pictures of sandwiches with names like The Bronx. No clue what it's made of until you click down one more level, scroll down two screen-fuls, then get a 1 line description. One hour wait for pick-up on a Saturday night. When I arrived the place was empty. They shut off the lights and locked the doors after giving me my order, 20 minutes before closing time.
