Great location, lots of space and outdoor seating. Fulfilling food - we had aloo paratha and chole bhature. The bhaturas were not oily. They were fluffy with spices and paneer.. nicely done! The paratha came with a blob of butter - and we couldn't have eaten all of it. Gurpal was a great, cordial host, prompt service!

Amazing Indian food with prompt service (our server Gurpal Singh took good care of us!). We tried the malai paneer and saag paneer, both of which were delicious. Their naan was great too .Highly recommend!

I’ve frequently visited both Fremont and Sunnyvale locations. Both flavors and ambiance was same as other locations. Highly recommend for lunch, snacks or dinner.

I'm not too sure what's "Express" about this place...The menu had plenty of items. Actually it looked like a full size menu to us...almost a bit overwhelming if you ask me. Maybe, it's the size of the venue? It was on the smaller side, not a whole lot of seating inside. Perhaps this venue is smaller than their other location. There were a lot of orders being picked up.No complaints: Tasty food, good service, clean and bright on the inside. The place was packed with Indian folks, so we knew the food was going to be good.#DesiEats~ Aloo Methi Thali - 4.5/5The Thali is a brilliant value. So much food on the plate. The potatoes were perfectly cooked with a ton of flavor without being greasy or soggy.~ Bombay Pav Bhaji - 4/5I didn't know there was an Indian dish that was eaten with a Bun. Very interesting... Mixed vegetables in Masala. Nice kick to it, without being overly spicy.~ Rajouri Garden Chana Bhatura - 4/5Very tasty Chickpea curry dish with Paratha. Not too spicy either.~ Paneer Paratha - 4/5Tasty paratha with a side of Onions, Lime Pickle and some sort of sauce.I need to come back several times to try more dishes on the menu!

Wow. Delicious, fresh tasting food. I got the saag paneer thali, and every dish in it was fresh, light and tasty. Even the rice! Perfect spice level (not dumbed down for the white lady). Sometimes saag can taste overcooked and homogenized. Theirs seemed as though it had just been cooked, and I could taste all the ingredients. Also great service. Our server Gurkirat was polite and attentive and remembered that I wanted my tea after the meal. Gary welcomed us with namaste hands as we arrived. Calm and quiet atmosphere with pleasant decorations. Also, portions are more than I could eat in one sitting. We will be going here again.
