great on a summer afternoon - covered parking, shady patio after 2pm, quiet residential setting walking distance from CostcoParking: some spots in covered parking labeled "retail"
Just moved here from my college town looking to find my next go-to bubble tea shop. Let me tell you this is the one. Good choice on drinks (if you want more sweet, fruity, or whatever else), great atmosphere (they have games to play at the table too), outdoor and indoor seating, etc. Highly recommend, especially a classic brown sugar milk tea.

I’ve been customer for years. But hey this new ordering system makes such a horrible user experience!! The hardware itself is shaking all the time and hurts my eyes, I don’t see why they depreciate the old one.
