I live the chai life. They manufactured a quality cold chai latte. I like the taste of cold, so I would have preferred more ice... but for the price they had to give the right amount of drink.

Eclectic Asian twist is absolutely brilliant! I LOVE Coffee Manufactory! I would go out of my way to come herePRO:- Amazing Coffee- Croissants are excellent! The ham & cheese croissant is elevated with Gruyère and a salty ham!- Sweets are off the charts! Une cooki?Sesame Rice Krispies? Red Velvet Cookies? Almond croissant? Pain Chocolate? Boom!- Cool merch to get (Japanese knives, clothing, roasted coffee and more)- Longer hours Bodega where you get some delicious and unexpected takeaway lunches, snacks and beveragesCON:- Steep prices. Sweets are $6-7- Sweets can run a bit sweet. The milk tea blondie is much too sweet and I don't get milk tea- Only open until 6-2PM. Sadness.- Can be slow service (only 1 person manning the area)- Can be pricey. Red Velvet Cookies are $6 and the other sweets like the Milk Tea Blondies and Sesame Rice Krispies are $7. But they are a good size.SUMMARY:Great coffee, even better sweets. I love the Asian twist, absolutely deliciously different. I love the vibe here and cool gifts (if you are a guest and want to take something home like coffee or Japanese knives). The hours however keep this place from a perfect score.

The coffee (cappuccino, latte, americano) is delicious. They have a limited number of fresh food options, but they’re all tasty. I would recommend stopping here for a bite or coffee. There are places to sit inside the hotel near the coffee shop as well.

So sick of getting lured to cafes inside hotels and similar because their maps description makes that ambiguous

It claimed to be open until 4:00. We arrived at 2:30 and it was closed.

Had the pleasure of a jolt of taste and caffeine in a great cappuccino at a Coffee Manufactory pop up. They know their craft and care to be friendly too.

Good coffee and service. This location is inside a hotel lobby so mostly catering to the hotel clients.
We tried Coffee Manufactory for the first time today. This place is inside the Tetra Hotel. The barista was friendly and did a great job on our latte and mocha. Really enjoyed the flavor of the espresso in both drinks and the mocha wasn’t too sweet. The pastries were good, from Firebrand Bread in Oakland: we had a ham and cheese and some sort of Nutella-cardamom kouign amann. We ate outside in the courtyard between the hotels.I was disappointed that self-parking cost $5 (I didn’t notice any pricing on the way in) so next time I will see if I can get the parking validated.

They say they are open to 6PM, but very limited selection in late afternoon. Scratch this from my list.

The Shashi hotel has Coffee Manufactory instant coffee in their rooms. I was a skeptic but desperate for some coffee and caffeine. I heated up some water in the room kettle and stirred up some instant coffee expecting it to taste like carpet. I could not be more wrong. It was super delicious. Really impressed. Does it taste just like freshly brewed coffee? No, but darn close. Thanks so much for putting the care into this product. I ordered some to have in my travel bag.

$7 for one latte seems worth it for the environment.
