Country Gourmet is exactly as it sounds a southern style restaurant in the middle of Silicon Valley. They offer an amazing cornbread gluten free Benedict that was to die for and they have plenty of options. Their restaurant operates a bit differently you wait in line pay and then find your table and put out your number. HOLY COW was Country Gourmet delicious. I got the chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon and oh lord was it good! First of all the vibe was like no other restaurant it took me back a couple years as I had to pay with cash:)! The food was amazing the chocolate chip pancakes were so fluffy and you couldn't even tell they were whole wheat. I tried their Spinach Benedict with freshly squeezed orange juice, was very tasty and filling ?. The ambience was good with some classic seating arrangements they have both indoor and outdoor seatings.Good place for breakfast fast. I can only recommend breakfast, that's what I tried.
