My fiance and I drove down to have with a friend of ours from Menlo Park last week. Our goal was to support some of the Asian businesses that might be struggling with in the current environment with all that is going on and because he really wanted HotPot and had never been Sunnyvale. There was hardly any customers but we enjoyed our meal. Although we randomly chose this restaurant. They were very pleased with it. Service was decent.

Guys and gals, the selection and quality of the food is impeccable. More importantly, someone seems to have told the management that Americans like big portions, because the serving sizes here are bonkers.

There are many options of food here, like hot pot, bbq, dumplings, noodles, sichuan dishes. The dishes we ordered were good. Knocked off one star due to lack of service.

Note that they have discontinued the AYCE BBQ and are steering towards hot pot.

Food taste is good but service is very slow. Dishes were already a little cold when served. The waitress didn't tell us one of the dish has sold out until 30 mins after our order. We have to go to the front end to check out because the bill takes forever to be served.

Used to be one of my favorite hot point joints in the south bay. They used to have a really good all you can drink deal for $10 and offer both kbbq and hot pot. However they no longer have aycd or bbq because of new management and slowing business The quality has really gone down in recent months and the meat is not as fresh as when they just opened two years ago.

This restaurant serves entries as well since renovation. But it’s serving so slow that we could finish one dish before the next one came.

生煎包 is good. Red oil wonton is a little more spicy. Convenient location and decent price.

This place is awesome. Service is great IMO. You don't get coddled or harassed about how you're doing. Ordering is straight forward. Like many Korean BBQ places I've been to, you have to actually try in order to grab a waiter/bus's attention. This isn't so hard; all you have to do is raise your hand and ask "excuse me" or something of the like. Good price, as in solid value. Good content on their TV's. Place is solid.

Don't come, all the food are not fresh, I got stomachache the day after I dine here. This is the worst experience I have in the bay area.

Save your money and your stomach and don't come here. I don't recommend this place and would never come back. Came here with a group of friends (~15 ppl) for dinner around 7pm on a Thursday. Overview: The service here sucks! Storytime: We had a large group so we made a reservation to be sat in the karaoke room, but when we came they seated us outside in the main area. The owner refused to seat us and claimed the room only fit 10 people comfortably. We went back and forth with the owner about our request and she eventually moved us in. It totally fit a group of 15 people comfortably with some space to spare.. The refusal reason being...she had to kick her sleeping daughter out the room first..hm ok.. Continuing on with service being terrible..the owner lady was SO moody with us. She first yelled at us, then later was nice to us as if nothing happened.. We initially wanted KBBQ and Hot Pot, but were advised not to order KBBQ because they wouldn't have some of the meats available..ok... We were hungry at this point and decided to eat what they had available in the kitchen anyway. Big misTEAK. We had to wave down our server multiple times to get the table tablets running to place our order. A couple of the tablets were broken. Our food took forever to come out and when it finally came out...it was awful! Several people in our parties had to use the restroom mid-meal...what the.. The meat quality was terrible and smelled funky. The meats and beef for our KBBQ tasted sour(!!!) Not to mention later that night, I got food poisoning. UGH. I'm sure more than half of the food that we ordered did not come out. Our group was left hungry after the meal ended and some opted for In-N-Out after. By the way, the restaurant was not exactly the cleanest. The hallway where the restrooms were at had carts upon carts of stack unwashed, dirty dishes. C'mon get your act together kitchen staff! TLDR: Service was awful and food was sub par. Won't be coming back.

So compared to the last time I was here service has improved and I didnt have to wait 10 minutes to order food. Food is just as good before. Glad that the 2nd visit has improved.

We had fried dumpling, Xiaolongbao, and beef soup noodle. Xiaolongbao was the best and rival other top places in the bayarea. Fried dumpling has good flavor but the bottom fried skin is thick and not crispy. Beef soup noodle flavor was fine but does not stand out. I do like the thin noodle they use. Seems like a fine restaurant I would come back and explore their other choices.

Food are pretty good and price are decent. Very little customers at lunch. Staff isn't very friendly.
