Donuts are not made on site. So not warm and fresh. Bathroom is dirty. The toilet seat has lots pee on it from previous customers. The underside of toilet seat is even more gross. So if you are a man and want to lift up the seat before #1, be careful!! Also supplies such as seat covers are out on my visit
To start, they don't have maple bars nor REAL old-fashioned donuts. Really? Today, being national coffee day (and several companies adhering to the free coffee service for the one day) I ordered 2 donuts and asked about the coffee. The response was free coffee was provided ONLY if I download the app and sign a membership. Today was NO exception. I passed on the coffee. I asked about a pup cup and they SOLD me one. I know of several places (Starbuck's being one) that GIVE away...read full review

$11 for a coffee drink & two donuts! The cream in the Boston cream has a strong artificial taste which doesn't need to be there since they make the donuts on site and they could use fresh ingredients.
