The employees here do not care about their customers at all and just yap all night. Their food is expensive and they give you meager pieces. They ask for your phone number but will not text or verbally call out to you when the food is done. Will not come back ever.

Good food, but sheer definition of bad business — the website says they are open to public but they are not, because the restaurant is busy making food for some massive order.I drove here on a Friday night through rains, within their business hours, and they told me they aren’t taking orders anymore, because they were busy making other orders.I said they should’ve just said they are closed publicly, but they told me next time I come, I can give a call ahead so I know if they are taking public customers. Two days later I did call, two times, but no one answers the call. Finally it’s Monday, and last time they told me they’d operate normally on Monday, but guess what, 15-20mins wait for rice. I accepted, but it turned out to be almost 40min wait, and still not ready, because they are still making food for external orders. Eventually I decided to just leave. And at the end, no apologies, I didn’t even hear a single word of sorry. I can’t imagine this is how they treat a customer who has been coming for over a year. This is truly disappointing.

We tried the gyro platter and the world famous flame burger with French fries and we have to say it was not disappointing. The food was fresh and hot.The gyro platter and flame burger is really the best, hands down. Plus the portions were more than enough. Great customer service too! Stop by its very good.

Really wanted this to be good, the whole experience was just blah. From the moment I walked in, through the ordering process which was on a tablet, to finding a table that wasn't dirty (They were all dirty and sticky), to the decor, to the interaction with their staff how much of the food was extremely disappointing. First of all, they're marketing way oversells what they offer, The food they deliver is nothing like the pictures although it was modestly acceptable. The staff have an angry, I don't want to be bothered to have to talk to you kind of mindset. All the tables had trash and leftover food scraps on top of them, even after cleaning one off to sit down at it was filthy sticky. The vibe here is weird and it just, I don't know, something about it is just wrong. I don't see this business lasting, it was not an enjoyable experience for me, I will not be going back.

They don’t sell bowls but when I requested made me a custom chicken over rice bowl. The chicken was well cooked and mild flavored (maybe flavor the chicken a bit more) and the rice was delicious with their special in house garlic sauce. Definitely get extra garlic sauce, it’s wow!

I recently dined at Falafel Flame and tried their combo platter, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a great meal. The combo platter itself was simply delicious. It offered a wonderful variety of flavors and textures that left me thoroughly satisfied. The falafel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. The hummus was creamy and perfectly seasoned. Everything was fresh and made with care. What truly stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. It's evident that the chefs at Falafel Flame take pride in their craft and are passionate about delivering an authentic and memorable dining experience. In addition to the fantastic food, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.Overall, I highly recommend Falafel Flame to anyone craving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. Whether you're a longtime fan of falafel or new to Mediterranean flavors, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes from their menu!

Had the Falafel Wrap. Falafels were dark and crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Either the fryer was too hot or the batter too cold. Pita was limp and doughy, sauce was bland.

Falafel flame is in my top 3 go-to restaurants for dinner on a weekday. The food is so delicious and consistent every time. It's decent if you get it delivered, but nothing beats eating it there, hot and fresh! I have tried both the burgers and the plates, can't go wrong with either. For the burger I'd recommend the Texan burger that has BBQ sauce because the sauce is very well done, it has the right tang and flavor for BBQ sauce and the meat is cooked very well. I love the grilled onion and pepper mixture they put in it as well, complements the bbq sauce perfectly. If you get fries on the side the best part is you can dip them in the bbq sauce drippings from the burger, now that's a pro tip! I'd also highly recommend the chicken plate. Everything on the plate is well thought out and delicious. The salad has a nice light honey mustard dressing, the basmati rice is seasoned and cooked to perfection, the pita it comes with is warm and every so slightly crisp and the chicken is beautifully cooked and drizzled with a special white garlic sauce. They also give you a hot sauce and yogurt sauce on the side which is great to dip each bite in (if they don't give you these sauces make sure to ask for them on the side!) Service: I always get helped right away and they are very accommodating with requests like extra sauce and sometimes I even order ahead for dine in! Like I basically call in saying I'll be there in 15 mins and I want to eat there and then when I get there the food is ready and served asap :) Pricing is average, you're going to spend about $20-$25 for a solid meal here and they don't skimp so it's worth it. Ingredients are also a cut above so that's nice. As for ambiance, it's not the prettiest spot, but the seating is comfortable and they always have a table available. They could benefit from a proper central air heating/cooling system and the floors should probably be changed at some point, but they do decent job keeping the place generally clean though. This one is an easy 5/5 when it comes to the food!
