This is an awesome mom and pop type restaurant run by a very warm couple. The food is authentic Persian. The number 9 dish Kobdiah chicken is awesome. Also the eggplant appetiser is nice. Highly recommended!

Presentation was good; Except meat - everything else was very tasty. Meats were stale & smelly. Probably they gave old meat for takeout order!!??

The kabobs were well seasoned, juicy, and tender. The rice was alright but the roasted tomato on the side was amazing. Not popular to much with most of the orders being online leaving the inside empty, so you can eat alone but the owners were constantly checking on me which is alright. 10/10 would recommend if in the

Food is always delicious and the hosts are always gracious. Tried to make reservations late December but closed.i hope they keep this little gem of a restaurant open.

Take out joint pretty much. Mildly tasty. Eating out is getting highly expensive and this is no exception for the quantity vs $$$$.

It was decent enough but would have expected more (both in volume and taste) for the price.

Ordered an assortment of kebobs, unfortunately did not seem fresh, very oily. Service was good.

It’s a great place for pickup persian food. You can seat in store as well but usually we order for pickup. Their food so delicious and fresh. I like the owner and their foodWheelchair accessibility: It doesn’t have stairs or step and easy to come by wheelchair

Food wasn’t warm enough, the jooje is not saffron is actually turmeric jooje, doesn’t taste good, doogh was diluted, missed on almost any expectations.

Excellent kebabs (a bit dry: order either of the excellent savory yogurt appetizers to use with it and that's fixed). Saffron rice doesn't taste saffrony at all but it's otherwise fine. Service is prompt and courteous though not very proactive (just ask for what you want and they'll likely help, but won't spontaneously offer; hence 4 stars, not 5,) some issues with tap-to-pay with phone, so you may need actual credit cards.Parking: Several parking lots nearby but they tend to fill up at popular times.Wheelchair accessibility: Fine for outside tables, not so much for dining inside.

Tonight we visited "House of Kabobs." I'm giving it 3 stars for the following reason:1- Shishlik gets 4 stars2- Koobideh gets 2 stars3- Rice gets 2 starsShishlik was tender and juicy, Koobideh tough/chewy, and not much taste. The rice??? "zendeh."If we ever go back would be for Shishlik with bread, not rice. BTW, they were out of "Barg."

Beef and lamb kabobs were slightly overcooked but still tasty. Probably not coming back for poor value. Ordering online was easy but status wasn't updated timely.

We had a great outdoor dining experience here. Everybody enjoyed their food, adults and kids. It's a nice place to have a quiet meal and still enjoy the evening downtown.
