The beef bone is well marinated and tasty. The stinky tofu is the best in town. The spicy broth is no joke.

I placed a pick-up order using storefornt from doordash on Google Maps. When I arrived at the store, I found that each bowl of noodles was $5 more expensive than the menu! Fans of 16.99 will directly become 21.99! Why don't you go grab the money? ? ? ? Even if the price is different on different platforms, 30% more expensive is still outrageous!

I always order to go and they will separate the soup and the noddle and they will also ask my arrival time so they can planned the time to delivery my order. So I could take home with warm food to serve without warm it up again. Thank you and will recommend.

Bad customer experience service from the host. I asked her for a spoon/utinsel. She looks at me and responds in a rude manner telling me "no!" At the same time she was passively pushing me out the door then took the door and closed it. I dont know if its maybe cause of how I looked/dressed but it was not a welcoming experience.

I have never been used to their rice noodles before, but recently they have introduced noodles as an option, which is great~ The portions are always quite large, and the meat is generous. It would be better if they could improve the cleaning.

I've walked by this place numerous times and the place is always busy, which is a good sign. The menu comes in the form of a.qr code so keep your phone handy. The decor is a bit drab and i could smell the cleaner they use to clean the tables so that took away from the atmosphere.I ordered the ribeye noodle bowl. It came super quick. The noodles were perfect temp but the meat itself was not all the way hot like the noodles. There was a decent amoit of grissle on the meat as well so it was not east to split the pieces up into smaller chunks. The wait staff never came to check on me or to see how i was throughtout the meal and while that was okay, it did feel a.little.off to me.

Beware this store WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND under ANY circumstances. I accidentally made an online order to the Sunnyvale store while intending to order from Newark. After clicking confirm, I saw that it was for the Sunnyvale location, and immediately called them to cancel, and the first thing they told me that it is not possible to refund because they have already finished cooking, which doesn't even make sense since not even a minute has passed. After repeatedly pleading with them over the phone, saying that it was an honest mistake, asking for a refund, they consistently refused, saying that it was company policy, and it was my mistake. They just kept telling me to drive 50 minutes during traffic to drive from Newark to Sunnyvale to pick it up. Basically, since they got the money already from the online order, they can screw customer service for all they care.

Very very ehtnic Chinese, mostly Chinese customers. Service was very good but had to be helped to order digitally. I got a soup that was ok but I'm sure if I was more familiar it could be very good. Only 2 non Chinese with a number of other Chinese extablishments nearby. I asked for help but as I was concerned about it being too spicey. Waiter directed me to a soup that wasn't anything special.

Yummy and fast! I tried the meat and bamboo shoot (non-spicy) noodles, and I thoroughly enjoyed. Noodles are bouncy, and the meat/broth is flavorful. I like how you add ingredients to your own bowl because you can adjust the flavor to what you want!

I enjoyed my visit here. They had excellent service, and all the items were prepared well. The tomato based beef soup is quite good, if you don't want to get completely smashed by the hunanese "fire" beef noodle. You will want to be careful with that dish and add as much spice as you can handle. Definitely do not eat the beef straight from the spice base. It will take a bit of finesse to get just the right amount into the soup. If in doubt just ask the servers for their recommendations. Anyway, check it out and you be the judge!
