The employee making our sandwich was rude when putting on the toppings cut it and wrapped it up before I was even done telling them what toppings to put on and when I asked them to put them on they refused to simply take The short time to unwrap them and put them on instead I had to do it myself including the mayo from packets and were rude during the entire ordering process they only forgot the mayo and it was the rudeness and laziness of his attitude from his responses that was terrible

I like this Jersey Mikes. Crew was nice and very quick with my order. Not all Jersey Mikes are equal.PRO:- Quick service- Plenty of parking- Friendly crew- No problem getting extra tomatoes or lettuceCON:- Short hours (normal for Silicone Valley)SUMMARY:The crew was friendly, service was fast and easy. And my sandwich was yummy! What more can I ask?

I haven't had a sub this good in ages! The next time my husband and I are in Santa Clara we will be returning for another. I wish we had a Jersey Mike's Subs where we live in Stockton then I wouldn't have to wait! The bread was perfection along with the roast beef, cheese and the remaining sandwich stuff. Even the lettuce was crisp!

Mobile ordered 2 sandwiches to grab and eat before heading to a concert at shoreline. Picked them up, got over to shoreline and parked, and then realized one of my sandwiches was completely wrong and that I wouldn't eat it. Normally I'd just go back if I was close enough, explain what happened, and ask for the correct sandwich. But since I wasn't able to do that I called in asking if I could have a refund on just the sandwich that was incorrect. I truly think it was just a mixup on their end. I had ordered a California club and it looked like they gave me a regular club sandwich. The gentleman that answered the phone was super apologetic and let me know he would have his manager take care of it. At this point I figured it'd be a toss up on if I actually got a refund or not. Now it's the next morning and I received a phone call from (I assume) the manager letting me know that he refunded my order and apologizing again. And that kind of service is why I'm leaving a review. So kudos to this store and manager.

I redeemed my discount via the Tuesday app, and I had to also download the Jersey Mike's app. Once downloaded, everything went so seamlessly. I drove to this particular Jersey Mike's restaurant, showed them the on-screen order. The chap behind the counter pointed me to the Takeout Rack next to the entrance, it was nicely packaged inside a brown lunch bag. I was so hungry and bit it right in the car, it was so delicious, as I've been eating nothing but Subway all my life. One bite and I've been converted. It tastes better, the ingredients are much fresher, and the care that has gone into the preparation shows in its product, and more importantly, taste! I liken it to Chipotle to just any burrito place.I'm a Jersey Mike's customer forever ??✅✅✅????

Used the website to order a quick late lunch one afternoon when I was in the area. Ordering was quick and simple and my sandwich was all ready for pickup when I arrived about 7-10 min later. Folks working there were friendly as well and parking was easy.My sandwich itself was fresh and tasty. I got a California Club (turkey, bacon, provolone, avocado) and modified it a little to remove the olive oil, extra salt and oregano, then add spicy mustard and cherry pepper relish. I didn't think I'd need extra salt given that there was bacon on there but I may leave it next time for the vegetables. I've only had Mike's once before (at an airport I think) but I'm sure I'll be back sometime to try other things. So far, I think they're sandwiches are much better than other places.
