So I had a terrible day in sunnyvale losing my wallet and luggage but hands down to this KFC location, is so good people here are so friendly, there a young lady who works in front is always smiling no matter your going through see someone smile can light up your bad day this place is super clean .

A better than average fast food neighborhood chain! From before the pandemic: the manager and staff have gone beyond the coupons and other promotional items. If you need a quick bite, give them a try if you are in the neighborhood. OK: they bribed me with a lemon cake. ;^)

I went and wasn’t sure what to get since I hadn’t been there in a while,they didn’t rush me and gave rlly good suggestions for next time too!was a little pricey but was worth it since you can tell how fresh the tenders and nuggets were! Thanks Fabiola for recommending the nuggets it’s my new favorite now for sure??
Great customer service, very clean, very quick This KFC location has had another huge improvement. The food looks very good and tastes amazing as well. I really enjoy how they have new meals every month. Once you enter this KFC restaurant, the place is very well organized, and you are greeted and feel welcomed each time.Kid-friendliness: There is a meal dedicated to kids.
Before like couple of months ago service was bad they were rude and the chicken was not fresh now they have excellent costumer service and the food is fresh the service is really fast

Yesterday, September 23, I went to buy chicken but the gravy was pure water and the biscuits were raw, everything was poorly cooked.

NOT COMING BACK AFTER 15 YEARSIm so upset with the customer service I was mistreated and yelled at by cashier/”maneger “ Alexa.G along with another manager who's name I did not catch. I came into the the store looking for the family bucket for the norm 20 dollar price I was extremely confused how the prices are set up seeing as the 8pc are the 21.99 price I settled knowing that it came with the two sides once I payed I was not given the sides I was confused and asked why in the end I did not want my 8pc chicken because of the way everything was handled they didn't give me the refund I asked for instead concluded by saying there voices and I left the chicken and left without a refund extremely surprised and distraught with this experience.
