Continued rude and unfavorable customer service and occasional substandard food. The owner has a history, especially in Google review which I'm a local guide for, and continues to respond with condescending retorts and careless excuses as how she runs the business and accepts customers. I've been told by my sources who have gotten food there, that there are problems with poor food handling, temperature, food safety. She also replies to other customers that the restaurant has members only. Previously she had no such notice posted indicating private members displayed on the storefront windows leading to that claim. I also read of customers who have positive comments which leads me to believe she's only exclusive to those she deems worthy of acceptance to be served; which brings me to my experience with her in person which was condescending, repugnant, and discriminatory. (Full write up in Google review) I entered the front door, of course during business hours, asked if she was open, she said yes, I entered and asked about a meal on the window menu, then she said we don't have that, we can't serve you and we're not open. As I was about to leave I picked up one take away menu from a stack of menu's, and she snatched a bag out of my hand from another restaurant I had, asking for her menu back; good example of a business owner proud to serve. I've also noticed her responses to complaints from me and others are filled with mixed messages, careless and inconsiderate excuses. Maybe home is better for her, not the public. I will continue to write about my experiences with businesses of all kinds; holding them accountable for their actions. Thank you!

I've lived around the corner from here for about 3 years and am 100% sure this place is running a scam of some sort. I regularly walk by here and also pickup food from some of the other restaurants in the plaza (Little India Cafe is great). They simply cannot be profitable. Pre-COVID they at least tried to look like they were open. These days it's kinda obvious what's going on. Reasons: * I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually go inside and they are very frequently closed. * I've only ever seen one employee inside. * They don't follow the hours. I tried going a couple times and they were always closed when they said open. * They have boxes laying around everywhere inside (even pre-pandemic) so there is no way you'd actually be able to eat inside. * Their kitchen is 100% attached to the Mexican restaurant "Arroz Rojo" next to it (which I've also never seen anyone go inside).

They never tip their delivery driver and prefer to outsource supply delivery to 3rd party platforms. You get what you pay for

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered through DoorDash during regular business hours, showed up and the lights were on and a woman was working inside who saw me and refused to answer any questions and just shoo'ed me away without providing any food (despite accepting money through DoorDash). Either this place is closed indefinitely (the place was filled up with boxes and their phone goes straight to voicemail) or a scam.

Stopped by location and it looks like a warehouse for Boxes, place is filled with boxes everywhere. Walked in and there was an Asian lady just standing there on her phone and was very rude so I just walked out.

I ordered vegan macarons here through DoorDash. The pickup was smooth and quick. The lady was polite and friendly. She was helpful in telling me where to order these macarons from outside of DoorDash, especially since there aren’t many vegan macarons around. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, so I thought I would write about my positive experience today.

Excellent food. Had chicken tikka masala recommended by server Rafael who is very friendly and accomodating. Good price on lunch special on weekdays until 3 p.m. Parking is available in the back of the restaurant. Will be back again.

Great place. Delicious food. My first time having a Sushi burrito. The one I had was a California roll and shrimp tempura... yummy! I also had the wings. They were sweet, spicy and crunchy. The portion size are pretty big. I was able to share the other half with my husband. A side of fresh fruit and a cookie. A nice surprise. I will be returning to this place... it's a must try. I'll have to try a few more dishes in this place before I can give it the full five stars but so far so good!

This is a weird place. Ordered online with Door Dash for pick up at noon on a Tuesday, and they never responded and just ignored the order. Don't say you're open if you're not.

I’ve only ordered through Grubhub. Huge menu and everyone can find something they like. My favorite is the kopepot crunch burrito.

This place is never actually open even when their website and Yelp page they should be! One time we stopped by and asked if we could order and the waitress said oh sorry the chef just left but can you come back in a few hours? I mean, what?! This place is super weird.... Why do they make it so hard to get food from them?!

So, first of all, this place was listed as Mae Pad Thai on Door Dash, which made picking up the order highly confusing.Also, this was the most non-pad thai like pad thai I have ever had? It did not taste like pad thai at all: instead of tamarind or fish sauce it just was weirdly ketchupy. Can't tell if this was their recipe, or if they were improvising because they didn't have pad thai sauce. But seriously, why confirm the order it they didn't have the ingredients in stock? What a disappointing experience.

I wish i could give this place no stars. I placed an order online and within a few minutes received an email stating that the order was canceled due to them not having this particular menu item. So i called to see what they did have and was hung up on. I tried to call back several times and no answer. If you are rude to your patrons, you do not deserve their money.
