What happened to customer service I usually get helped by a friendly young man today a woman middle aged! Very rude but let me begin by first saying no greeting just get my order and ring me up! So I use my card and declined i greeting think ok maybe it's a card we cancelled because it was compromised! So I tell her this I pull out one of mine I know is good with high limit no charges declined I tell her something must be wrong with your POS after using debit card!!! She says so rudely no NOTHING wrong!!! I assure you something went wrong with the POS! Completely unacceptable service talking to the customer that way on top of that! I am in customer service I would not

Food and drink have always been made fresh and to my specifications. The staff (and I think a manager) is always friendly and ready to offer help!

Love their Asian sandwiches #1 and #11. Good thin slices meat, lots of pate, with thinly sliced vegetables in Asian marinade with fresh peppers. Good fresh baked baguettes!

Ryan the Lee’s Sandwiches Sunnyvale location owner was there on a Sunday morning at 8am to take my order or a party plate of a dozen sandwiches and 8 Vietnamese coffees! Love it and great experience. Got me the goods for my drive home to So Cal

The website doesn't do the store justice. So many selections including Bobas, smoothies, frappes, food items, and items for sale. The employees here are awesome and they have a most delicious Vietnamese coffee. Their Thai ice tea smoothie isn't as good as the Thai Ice soft serve at Somi Somi.

Service was quick. Sandwich was good, but I wish they cut it in half. I ordered a large iced coffee and the entire drink is all ice. I paid $7 for a cup of ice.

What great customer service. We came in at the last minute and still received excellent customer service even after closing hours. The place also looks cleaner and looks like a nicer environment in general compared to before.

We were craving a banh mi and chose Lee sandwiches because it's one of the most popular places around here! It was easy to order through a self serve kiosk (they have 2) and you can also order through an employee! Food- BBQ Pork Banh Mi I thought the sandwiches were good! It was light in the ingredients and the bread was a little hard. Overall, it satisfies your cravings definitely. Service- Quick & Efficient The service was very fast and I only waited about ~5 minutes! The manager was training a new employee and he was a little hard on him in front of customers. I'm assuming all good intentions though! Just felt a little bad for the new trainee.

Freshest French baguettes served daily. Other Asian market goods sold, too, like their canned drinks. Quick service. Easy to get Parking .

I grew up supporting Lee's Sandwiches at their Tully/King Road location. I also love supporting this other local location and had a great experience today. Ordered two iced coffees and as I was exiting, I dropped one of the drinks onto the ground. I came back in to inform the cashier of the spill and he didn't hesitate to say he was going to replace my drink. He was helping another customer at the same time, so I was so thankful for his kindness. Will continue supporting this amazing local business.
