This is the 3rd time we've gone and I've ordered a drink that has Boba ( Four Season Tea Milk with Crystal Boba that is in your menu/ see the photo) however it doesn't come with it . I asked the girl at the counter and she told me they don't have them anymore . They should post a notice that there is no boba and lower the price since they continue to charge this drink at the same price. I don't know what's wrong with this place, which has also dropped in quality in the presentation of its drinks enormously. They no longer have the beautiful flower cup that they originally had and now they only offer them as shown in the photo. The drink was good but I recommend that you put ice in it, because if you can drink it with less ice, you won't put as much tea in it and it will be more watered down, I suppose it is because not having ice means that the product decreases in quantity and for this reason they will put more water. In conclusion no boba, no original cups and watery milk tea.

Good tea place. It's not a typical boba tea shop, they don't do boba or add-on toppings, but the tea is good, and some of them do have items in it with require the large straw. I got the fall/winter seasonal: sweet ostmanthus which had the fermented sweet rice at the bottom.Getting the tea hot is an extra cost, which seemed odd to me.I wasn't a fan of the noodle dish. The sausage looked good though, will try that next time.There's outdoor seating with umbrella, no indoor seating.You have to wait inside to get your order since they don't always call it out, and the kiosk didn't text me.

Only one kiosk for ordering food which became a mess on Sunday night. Arrived at 7:50pm, someone in the line took 5 mins to order?. When I ordered the food, they said tofu and sausage were sold out but the kiosk did not mark it. Totally disorganized, and they even did not have online ordering.

A relatively refreshing milk tea with a good tea aroma. When paired with milk, it is not sticky and fragrant and refreshing. Lingnan Jiali, Suyan Ceylon, and sea salt ice tea are all delicious and highly recommended milk tea shops. It’s a big cup and the price is not expensive. However, there is something wrong with the design of the paper cup and lid. I held the cup countless times and the lid and cup came apart, causing the milk tea to spill out. I suggest the merchant adjust the design of the paper cup.

I'm tired of the same boba place, with the same offerings. However, if you do try to do something unique, it better be SUPER GOOD. otherwise, what's the point? So we come to MoonTea. They are a milk tea place, but their twist is Hunan street food. So I went there on a Sunday afternoon. There's a long line out the door. But don't let it discourage you... because the ordering kiosk is right next to the door. I was maybe the tenth in line and with people already waiting for their food... it took about 30 min total to order and get my food. The place is quite small, no indoor seating. There is one small window where you pick up the hot food and there is a low counter where you pick up your drinks. It's a bit strange to pick up the food from a hole in the wall... Even though I ordered the regular non spicy sausage, it's still a bit spicy! I shudder to think how spicy the spicy sausage is! I guess if you really like spicy, this may be up your alley! The sausage itself is cooked very well. It's crispy on the outside and yet juicy inside. Other than the spice level, the thing I don't like is the fat! There are chunks of fat in almost every bite. It's one thing to have fat ground together with the meat... it's quite another to have pieces of fat visible. I was a bit grossed by it and ended up spitting them out when they're too visible. It's too stark a reminder of how close I'm inching towards a heart attack. I ordered the peach milk tea. The peach flavor is very subtle... almost to subtle for me to pick out. I think the milk dominates the drink too much. I appreciated the fact they have lactose free milk. I didn't like that it cost extra. My wife ordered the hot milk tea. And again they nickle and dimed me by charging extra for the drink to be hot! For this alone, I prefer Chun Yang tea. That place doesn't charge for every little thing. I think the tea was ok. The sausage was good but not great enough to get me to come back.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered the stinky tofu, but when I went to pick it up, they said it was already gone. Someone else apparently took my order! I asked them to make my food again but they refused. The owner was HORRIBLE, blaming me and saying they’re ‘not responsible’.Are you kidding me? You’re responsible for getting orders to the right customers! This is a huge lapse in food safety on top of being the worst customer service I’ve ever had. DO NOT ORDER from this place unless you want your food/drink stolen and management to give you a hard time
