Unfortunately, Nom Burger and Tap't next door are closing as of October 3, 2021. Six great years.

Honestly the best burger I have ever had

There's outdoor dining and it was empty inside, I felt very safe in terms of COVID protocol. The burger options were a bit outlandish, interesting mix of styles. My friend ordered one with an egg on it and she had to ask them to take it back because she did not enjoy it. Thankfully the customer service was really great and she got a Nom burger instead. The basic burger is the best in my opinion. Overall there was only 1 waiter for 6 tables so the service was still fast but towards the end it was a little more chaotic.

Service was great, food was delicious. The fact that they have a rice wrap for burgers as a gluten free option blew my mind. You can still order a burger lettuce wrapped or in a bed of greens if you'd rather that but I really recommend trying the rice wrap at least once. It was delicious. Also, really enjoyed the flavor and crisp of their fries. I was way too excited to take pictures of my meal lol

Very interesting burger experience. They added potato chips into our burger, which adds a nice crunch to it. Overall, a decent meal!

This review is solely for the loaded tater tots. Some days you just get a craving for some fried carbs and Mcdonald's fries just won't cut it. This place has been on my bookmarks for a while but I was like "am i really about to drop $14 on tater tots?" and today I finally went, and I'm a little salty that I did. Yummy and perfectly fried, but still a bit lacking--not quite what I expected when I read "loaded" "Loaded" tots implies that there is a 1:1 ratio of toppings to potato. What I got was more like a "lightly topped" tots; a modest dribble at best (Snooze AM Eatery in Irvine does a good loaded tot) I am guessing they did this to preserve the "instagrammable" integrity of this appetizer. But you know what's even *better* for instagram? Tots that say "Gobble me swallow me drip down the side of me" (-Megan thee Stallion) You might be thinking "why don't you just ask the waiter for more toppings?" Well, I couldn't possibly embarass myself with my own gluttony in person. I would still 10/10 come back, because who doesn't love a well crafted burger and good brew?

Nom Burger is one of my favorite burger spots in the Peninsula/ South Bay area. They have a wide variety of creative burgers (most notorious, #dateggdoe) which are carefully thought out to balance flavors and textures. Additionally, each month they have a rotating burger that is super interesting. Regardless of which burger you get, the burger is cooked well and juicy with lots of flavor. Of course no burger is complete without fries... I enjoy how here you can get a variety of fries (different shapes and styles) and tots. No matter what type of fry person you are, you will be satisfied. I've mistakenly gotten their appetizers in the past, and they are delicious. But no, you will not need more food with these burgers. They are super filling although some are definitely more heavy than others.

Solid burger place with large burgers and amazing fries! Their sweet potato fries are my favorite - crispy enough on the outside but just slightly soft and sweet on the inside. My husband and I have been here once before COVID and remember having a good experience here, so we decided to come again on a whim. First off we were a bit shocked by their prices, seems like they rose quite a bit throughout COVID - $19 for a burger? seemed a bit unreasonable but decided to give it another shot. We waited quite a while for our food (30 min) at around 7pm but service was good. I got my water filled an excessive amount of times (although I appreciate the effort lol). We were asked if having our burgers cooked medium was ok, but my husbands medium looked more like a medium well while my medium well was more like a well done. My burger definitely had some chew to it from the thickness. I got the California love on lettuce wrap, which had avocado, garlic jack cheese and a fried egg. The garlic jack cheese was ooey gooey and delicious. The fried egg was not super fresh tasting, and was slightly over cooked (I prefer my yolks runny). I was surprised they could mess up an egg on a burger - I always feel like by default an egg on a burger makes it more amazing. My husband got the dat egg doe remembering he ordered it last time, and he seemed underwhelmed. He also mentioned the egg was way over cooked as well. We left feeling stuffed from all the fries and how big the burger was - but definitely not feeling like it's worth the price anymore. For delicious grass fed and sustainably sourced burgers, we'd rather go to Konjoe in Santa Clara which I highly recommend! We used to think that was pricey for us, but now feeling like it's best bang for your buck for delicious quality burgers!

Thanks, the name was a hint of the type of food. Delicious burgers, tots and beer. And chocolate milkshakes. Cheese skirt with the fried egg and jalapeño slices. BBQ pork with potato chips on spot! The loaded tots are good. Seated outside was also a nice feature. The beer was ice cold. But the chocolate milkshake was one of the best, rich chocolate, not just plain, you must get one.

So yummy! We've been coming here for a fancier burger for many years now and it always hits the spot.My favorite is the holy guacamole and California love one but they are all great!I'm also a huge fan of their shakes.Currently they are open for outdoor seating only and you need to order at the counter. They will bring your order in to go boxes to you.

Upscale burgers for sure! The burger meat is ground in-house daily, they use signature brioche buns. The food tasted wonderful and flavorful, fresh ingredients, nice soft brioche buns. The tots were a different change from regular ole' fries. Also most burgers came with a fried egg. As for me not my burger joint and it's on the pricey side.

Good burgers for sure. Very juicy meat. The bread could be a little thinner.

I ordered a jalapeno bacon cheddar burger. The burger meat was kinda salty in my opinion. I asked for extra pickles on the side but they said they had no pickles on hand. Lame. When i got my burger there was no jalapenos on it. The waitress was running from table to table and had her hands full so it took a while to flag her down to get them. The frys had a funky taste to them. Kinda like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Again all subjective on the taste aapects. $30 for a burger and frys and an ice tea. Kinda pricey. Probably wont be coming back anytime soon
