Man, I don’t trust reviews anymore. $14 for this little bowl of noodles. They even forgot my meatballs and had none. They didn’t even give me water and they don’t have chili oil here just Siracha and hoisin. $14 back in Sacramento would’ve got me a bowl 2x the size of this and a tall glass of water and great service. 2 stars cus the taste was there atleast. Overall displeased

This location is in a stand alone lot. Across the street from 99 Ranch and next to a gas station, currently under renovation. The parking lot which is solely for the restaurant (as there is nothing else in the vicinity) had quite a few cars so I had expected the restaurant to be packed, but it was almost empty. The food arrived within 5 minutesThe prices are reasonable. The flavor of the pho and vermicelli is tasty. The pho stays al dente throughout the meal. It doesn’t get mushy or powdery. Pho #1 includes items in pho#2-3 plus beef balls. The meat items in the broth were tasty. The broth arriving piping hot vs lukewarm, which is much preferred.Iced coffee was just right. Strong and nicely balanced with the condensed milk.Seating was nicely spaced and bathroom was not dirty. This place does check all the boxes for dine in:Tasty foodDecent priceCleanWould’ve given 4 stars if not for:Unnecessary use of plastic for fish sauceDisposable chopsticks, when all other utensils were not disposableLong wait to pay and then calling over person at back of the line there for pickup; waiting to pay took at least 2x longer than waiting for food after it was ordered.May come back if we are in the area and want pho, but would not be an immediate choice.

Great service! Super fast! Served within 5 mins of order! Food delicious! But… place looked like it needed vacuuming. And a small daddy long legged spider came outta nowhere trying to eat my fried egg roll

A big place from outside but indoor doesn't have a lot of seating tables. Service is the usual Asian restaurant quality, but responsive. The food is at reasonable price, good portions. The fresh spring roll is good, esp with the peanut sauce. The pho is good, The broth didn't have much msg.

My bf and I stopped by here ironically after grocery shopping. He saw the restaurant and claimed how he loved coming here during college, so I asked if he wanted pho instead of going home to cook. First impressions: Nothing surprising. Looks like the typical hole in the wall mom and pops pho restaurant. Old building, out of date decor, etc. When entering the sign said to wait at the door, the restaurant was empty. A lady then told us to pick anywhere to sit. She saw us scanning the QR code on the table, apologized and handed us menus. After she took our order, she never came back. Also not surprising. Order: We both ordered the number 1 beef special combo w/ meatballs. He got a side of the vinegar onions. They didn't have any Viet soda beverages when we went. My bf asked about two different kind of soda chanh. Thoughts: The beef broth for the pho was actually pretty good. A lot of other places I've had would be watered down or have the weird aftertaste from instant packages or too much star anise. Meat portions weren't a lot, just a few pieces. A couple beef slices, a couple tendons, and 2 meatballs I don't usually finish all my meat anyway and would end up handing some over to by bf, so the amount given was actually fine by me. I would come back just for the pho. Vinegar onions, the bf said didn't really taste like there was vinegar in it. Missing condiments he wanted to add to it didn't help either. There weren't any salt, black pepper, and lemon/lime wasn't given. By the time I finished my meal I was thirsty and realized water was never brought out to us. I suggest to ask for water and not assume they'll bring it out because it's customary for restaurants to do so.

I discovered this place 14 years ago when I was visiting Cupertino. Every-time when I am back I try to make a point to come back. Food is still as good as before. Fried Spring rolls could be better by making it the fluffy type. But overall still good.

Only $15 for such a awesome rice plate(#55) including everything I wanted and they tasted great too! Nice and affordable place.

I used to love the Combination Fried Rice few years ago. I used to love the generous servings of the soft and fluffy rice on a round plate. It was such a disappointment when I ordered it today. Rice was mushy and tasteless. To top it off, almost half the servings compared to before. The Pho was ok. Sad

Ordered grilled pork, grilled shrimp, crispy egg roll over white vermicelli noodles. It was cooked just right, was tasty, and the quantity vs price point was very good. With a squeeze of hoisin sauce, this vermicelli dish was appetizing and was satisfying. Small businesses need our business to stay afloat, so please come here, and please tip too! ( nope, not getting paid for this review).

An affordable vietnamese restaurant, with cleanliness that could be better. They have a the food ready very quickly, as is customary in these restaurants. The vegetarian pho was OK, the grilled pork and steamed egg was well cooked. The staff were kindly. The restaurant was mostly empty, but good for these covid times.

Everything I've had here is delicious and fresh and somehow also gets prepared and served incredibly quicky. Soups are great, smoothies are great.. I couldn't complain about a thing!Oh, and they have a couple neat old train cars that are attached to the building that the restaurant is in! The train cars are sitting on train tracks and everything, but you wouldn't notice them driving by or entering the restaurant from the front door. You can sit and eat inside one of the train cars, but they dont usually serve guests in the other train car that is furthest from their kitchen. Looks like the other one is only for reservations for big parties or something.

Always look for Pho when I'm in CA. I saw this place was close to my hotel so I headed over for dinner. The place was empty when we arrived so we chose a table and reviewed the menu. I ordered my usual, the fresh spring roll (shrimp) and the pho with flank and brisket Rolls were good, tasted fresh and loaded with shrimp. The pho was awesome, nice flavorful broth and full of meat and noodles. I ordered a Thai tea as well, it was very tasty but really small Really enjoyed the meal

I probably go to this pho place once a week, it's definitely my to go place for pho. It has simple and modest interior, but the noodles are always delicious and the ingredients are also fresh. They probably have one of the best tasting broths I've tried so far.

Ordered spicy rice noodle soup and soup came plain. Not spicy at all. I ordered many times in the past and this is really not as their normal standard. Shame.

Funky spot, but GREAT pho! Super dated interior and exterior and what appeared to be just one little lady running every aspect of the restaurant, from hosting to washing dishes...but the pho dac biet was delicious. Rich and complex broth with tender brisket and tripe made my soul happy. I will definitely go back.
