I bet someone here knows where they get it. Imo ALL Bahn Mi should be served with this bread. It had a super thin, but crisp crust all around, very crisp but thin. This is the kind of bread that delivers the crisp without slicing up your mouth like bait. The inside was fluffy and soft...superb.The Bun Cha Giao Thit Nuoung (noodles with BBQ pork and imperial rolls) came with a fair amount of meaty and tender pork, flash grilling it would really elevate the flavor because it has good flavor. The sauce could use a little more fish sauce.The purple drink is a taro drink made in house. It tastes ok but the taro which settles at the bottom is very gritty. I think they should make it into a paste before using it in a drink. Like the taro paste you get at Bambu or what is served in Vietnamese desserts.

Cute place with decent vegetarian options.Tried Tofu/Vegetarian Roll (4 pieces) and they tasted pretty good. Wish they could added more veggies though. Peanut Sauce was amazing!Also, the chili paste on the side was very fresh and tasted good.It’s honestly very expensive for the quantity they offered though :/Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options..

I started eating here two years ago. This restaurant was my favorite in Pho.Now I feel like I have regressed?The meat was delivered well-cooked and very tough.Not only has the price increased, but there isn’t much meat in a whole bowl. It’s miserable.

Easily the best Pho I've had in the Bay area over the past few years. Comparable to the best spots in Westminster CA. (Little Saigon) INCREDIBLE BROTH that sings to your soul in the cooler weather! Service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended for even picky people.

Raise your hand if you've been to a restaurant where pho is served with MINT LEAVES instead of BASIL. To be accurate, one tiny baby sprig of mint leaves was served with the pho. The pho broth was edible, but definitely did not have any bold pho/beef bone flavor. The spring rolls were good and had basil (that's where the basil went! lol). The dipping sauce was good as well. Our server was pleasant and food was delivered quickly. Overall, we enjoyed the food even though it lacked the authentic Vietnamese flavors.The restaurant was clean, always a bonus!

PhoEver has easily become one of my favorite go-to pho restaurants! It is conveniently located downtown Sunnyvale, and the ambience is great. The staff were very kind and took our order quickly. I love how I was able to order a customized pho from a paper list- I love mixing rare steak & shrimp but that is rarely an option! We also ordered fried chicken which had a delicious sauce. The boba we had was great as well. All around great service, food, and staff- I will definitely be returning!

Yikes....PhoEver, you used to be my favorite. What happened? Portions have significantly decreased but prices have increased. $6 for a single spring roll. Three pieces of meat only per meat choice. The only menu item worth value and coming back for is their morning Vietnamese coffee. Not sure if I'll be coming back after my most recent visit.

We don't like pho much but of all the nearby pho places - we think PhoEver is probably the best one. We loved the clean interior and the menu that allows a lot of customization so you can order it exactly how you like. The shaking beef was also delicious and well portioned. Our server was friendly and quick to bring out food while answering all our questions about how we can customize.
