Bouncers were pretty dam rude after ordering me to turn around. I simply asked for a please and thank you yet got disrespected again. After as much as we paid for on a birthday night and bottle service. This is the type of treatment yoy will get because they are bouncers and are entitled to talk to you as they please. Kinda waste of the extra money and experience. Respect.

I went to the see wuki last night and it was awesome ! Coming in the bouncers were really nice. My friend and I went to get a drink at around 10:50 before it started getting busy. I was ordering 3 drinks in total the guy bartender ask for my order so i asked for my boyfriend drink but when it came to ask for my friends drink I took just a second to think of the name and the bartender walked away from me and started helping someone else ! I thought that was extremely rude ! Later on in the night a girl up in the Tables by the dj was dancing but her dress coming up , I told the security guard to let her know and then he grabbed me , GENTLY SLAPPED MY CHEEK 3 TIMES and told me to leave him alone then proceeded to tell my boyfriend something about me, HOW DARE HE PUT HANDS ON ME ! Then Before the dj stopped playing we were about to leave but needed to use the restroom . At that point there was a security guard guarding it . I asked if I could use it and he told my friend and I THAT HOW MUCH WERE WE WILLING TO PAY HIM TO LET US GO IN!! HE TRIED TO CHARGE US TO USE THE RESTROOM! never have I ever had such a horrible experience at a club . They should really watch how they treat their customers and for the secury guard that slapped me he should really get fired for the way he treats people

Absolutely horrible service at the bar. Keep in mind my friends and I were sober when this happened. The bar tender was extremely rude and just overall lacked customer service skills. His horrible attitude is a big reason we will not be going back. A supervisor should be doing some supervising. He also did not allow us to pay drinks with Apple Pay when we had just paid the previous drink with Apple Pay. So no drinks for the whole night because he didn't let us. He was just absolutely rude and unprofessional and everyone could see his horrible customer service, not only to us.

The music and vibes here are usually good when they don't play EDM. I like the DJs here that play hiphop and reggaeton. The bouncers at the door are also very nice and efficient and they usually don't make you wait outside for too long. However the drinks at the bar are pretty expensive ($13 for a shot, $15 for a small drink), and the bartenders are not that great, but otherwise vibes are good most of the time.

This place is just like heaven! Especially the security guy - Tony! He is living god!? he helped me alot at late night till I get into uber safely, because I got teased by a man! so, he immediately responded and Not just him, but the whole security who stands before the club, was very protective towards people! I read some reviews talking about prices! But they are worth that price!!! Nice safe place especially for women! I am deeply impressed! Sometimes we should also consider going to place not just for fun but also with added security and this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best spots in the Bay Area to go out and function . Good music ! Drinks are reasonably priced as well ! Bottle service is A MUST with the "All Eyes On Me" Presentation. Extremely happy with all the cocktail waitresses and a very special Shout out to LiLy , Johnson and Monica for always taking care of me and making sure I have a lovely evening with my loved ones . Make sure you check this place out whenever they have a special host because it gets LIT!!

3 of my close friends hosted their combined birthday party here this past Saturday. We got Bottle Service to a table and had a decent time overall. 1/5 due to two main reasons:1. Overpriced drinks2. Sticky and unhygienic floors and smell3. Very rowdy characters trying to pick fights for no reason that the Security was incapable of throwing out4. Unnecessary Ushers in the Urinals that were pretty rude and wouldn't even open up Restroom stallsFor the Premium paid for Bottle Service, I'd suggest you go spend your money elsewhere (plenty of good night clubs in SF).Come on Pure Nightclub, Step up your game!

I was recommended here. I was here on an early December. It was freezing cold. I booked a VIP booth. There were only a few guests. I popped a lot of Veuve Clicquot to celebrate. It was just an ordinary day. Everything was slow. The building was inhospitable. The music was unfitting. The staff were dull. The security was irresponsible. It was a terrible night. Never again.

Always have a good time at pure and the tickets are like $20. Lots of big name EDM artists. I've gone for NYE and there's a balloon drop. The area downtown Sunnyvale is also very safe. Make sure you Uber there not much parking.

My bestie and I have been to Pure 10+ times and it's been great! They bring some pretty lit DJs to the South Bay (which would otherwise be pretty dead). Main DJ usually comes on around 12:30AM to 1AM and ends around 2AM to 3AM; plan your night accordingly! Drinks are not unreasonably priced. I personally haven't had any problems with security or dress code yet.
