A simple item such as Dahi papdi chat was watery and just pressure cooked potato and black channa was added without flavor/spices. ordered Sabhudana kichdi, I can say it’s different and was too oily. Not sure to say it was good or bad, Complimentary tea was good. Service was also good.

I bought Chana bhatura and aaloo tikki Chana.Both of them were not good.Chana bhatura - Chana (choley) were not cooked fully :/ Seriously? Also not good taste!Aaloo tikki Chana- Just the top was a bit sweet (added green chutney) - rest again, choley not cooked fully :/ Average taste.Disappointed!

Most of the curries are unnecessarily made spicy and oily. Once in a while they put the right amount of spice and are non greasy.The buttermilk is always sour.The dessert (kheer) which is part of Thali is made of rice, cooked so much so that it loses its form and breaks down(likely rice is not cooked with kheer, but beaten to death all day in a hot pot separately), don't ever imagine about finding any dry fruits in it. Looks like it's included out of compulsion and not really with an intent of serving dessert in Thali.
