I recently visited Saravanaa Bhavan with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The dosa, which is usually a staple and a highlight of South Indian cuisine, was shockingly overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area. For the quality and portion size, the price was unjustifiable.Moreover, the service was not up to par. Our server seemed disinterested and took a long time to attend to our needs. Since they were closing in 30 mins of our arrival does not make sense getting bad service. The food took a while to arrive, and when it did, the dosa was lukewarm and lacked the signature crispiness. We felt, we were forced to eat in 15 minutes and he came 2 times to remind us that they are closing.While Saravanaa Bhavan has a reputation for being a popular chain, this particular location fell short of my expectations. With better options available in the area, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to others.Disappointing aspects:- Overpriced dosa- Slow and inattentive service- Do not go after 9 pm even though they close at 10 pm.- Lukewarm and subpar food qualityUnless they revamp their pricing and service, I wouldn't be returning to this location anytime soon.

The food quality and flavor have notably declined, leaving me quite disappointed. Hope they can revive the magic of their earlier days!

If you’re looking for some authentic South Indian food then you must definitely visit Saravanaa Bhavan. I highly recommend their filter coffee and tomato onion Uttapam and Vadapav. The ambience is warm and welcoming and prices are reasonable. Everything here is made fresh and served piping hot as per order. SANDWICH DOSA IS A JOKE!!!!!!!Management needs to change the name. Nor did the staff explained us that it was just uttapam!!! Thick tasteless uttapam. ??????Adding cheese and mysore paste in between wont make it a sandwich dosa either! It's layers of uttapam. Also it's your responsibility to explain the dish properly to the customer!
