The worst cappuccinoEvery time the barista changes and they give the worst possible drink.Even before this I had a cafe latte and a chai tea which were not up to the taste at all.Very disappointing Starbucks.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 decaf latte with oat milk. Mine tasted like water. Some oat milk tasted but seems added milk to fill the cup. I tried my husband one- good coffee and oat milk toast like it suppose to. My conclusion is that I got the 2nd cup made. The lady was too lazy to use new decaf coffee and did 2nd run with the same coffee as the 1st cup. She might also run out of oat milk in that carton and just filled with milk. I’m sensitive to milk and my stomach felt bad after drinking the coffee. I’d suggest to watch the person making your coffee to be sure and not just walk away to do the shopping. When I picked up my coffee, the 2 lady workers were speaking in Spanish.I always get great coffee from regular Starbucks. Will never try the coffee from this Safeway. Too bad the experience made me doubt the Starbucks’s employee ethics.

Service is worse here than any other Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve only ever liked two people out of the thirty that’ve served me over the years. It seems that by the time you get to know one of them they leave. The staff that remain are usually rude so I would go elsewhere.

Seriously never getting coffee from this place anymore. The barista charges me extra when I asked her for less ice on my latte. And the barista bills me for “add dairy” or sth which is so crazy. Idk if this is a common practice at starbucks, but if it is then I’m done with buying such outrageously expensive coffee and having to pay extra!!

Didn't have breakfast sandwiches available at 630am. Said they would take 6-8 hours before they'd be ready to bake in their super oven. Sounds like someone dropped the ball and didn't prepare sandwiches for next day. How is this expected as a functioning business.

The tables and seating have been reduced or removed. No place to plug in and use computer or tablet while enjoying coffee. $8 for a coffee…. Nowhere to sit or work? $10 for a coffee… nowhere to sit or work? Homeless still welcome. Getting a Nespressso!

i asked for a doppio espresso with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and 1/2 inch cold oatmilk and got a tall oatmilk vanilla latte instead. I don't usually care but when I have to repeat myself 5 times to two different employees, i expect my drink to at least be somewhat correct. asked for cold oatmilk, they tried to steam it. asked for 1/2 inch of milk, they gave me a full cup. the barista listened to my explanation, practically ignored it and told the partner she was training that this is basically a macchiato. like please.. if you can't make the drink, just let me know.. i can order something else.

I stop in here almost every morning before work. Monica is the best, sweetest, and hardest working barista I've ever met. I love the mornings I have time to stop in and get my coffee & breakfast sandwich from her! I don't even have to ask for my order, she already knows it. Give this woman a raise, every time I see her, she is working her butt off, making it look easy (when I know it isn't) and does it with a smile! Thank you Monica for always starting my work days off the best way!

Horrible service! Barista had no clue how to make a White Mocha with Vanilla Sweet Cream and Cold Foam with extra Caramel drizzle. She literally poured 2% milk to the top, poured some cold foam and NO drizzle. I was being nice and ordered something else and gave my “white mocha drink” to one of the less fortunate people loitering outside of Safeway a free drink just so I don’t have to throw it away. We pay money for custom made drinks, please just do a better job in making them the way it should be made….
