Food taste is good. But they started charging for sambar too.. where as all other restaurants give it for free.. these ppl are charging 3$ extra for sambar.

My company orders through Waiter.Com, and today I had the Supreme Thali plate. OMG - this was amazingly delicious. I'm not usually a fan of takeaway, and I could not imagine a thali plate coming in a bag - but the good team at Swathi Tiffins has this down to an ART. Delicious, flavorful, the hots were hot, the colds were not also hot. I was just blown away - and yes, Im a Gora - who spent lots of time in the south. Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra.... For takeaway? this was just lovely. thank you so much.

FOUND GLASS PIECES in the food. ordered food through DoorDash who showed zero accountability as did the guy at the restaurant who picked up my call. I’m definitely gonna sue in consumer court. Seems to be a repeat offender based on some of the reviews here.I generally don’t post reviews and nor am I interested in compensation. Right now my only concern is my wife’s safety. If it happened to my family it could happen to yours too. Unfortunately consumers are not well protected on such issues so only thing I can hope is to bring this to serious attention it deserves.

Excellent service .. food is amazing .. real South Indian taste. Best place to go for when you are craving for Indian breakfast . Must try “ghee dosa” ??

I ordered a paneer Dosa to go. The dosa tasted just ok, the paneer filling was quite dry. If it had been a bit juicy it might have been better. Eventually I struck a piece of glass while chewing. Now my best assumption is it came from Dosa and then I was quiet scared of eating another bite. The sambar on other handle was pretty good. The tomato and coconut chutneys were good too. If there had been a better paneer filling hopefully without glasses in it, could have got a better review.

Really big portions and great flavors! They have different flavor profiles and most (old and ) popular South Indian places in Bay Area, but definitely good! Their Chutneys are very unique. Tea and Coffees are also nice.
