This spot is a hidden gem in the Bay Area. Recently opened in Sunnyvale, it sits next to a cluster of diverse food trucks. My experience with their Malai Chaap and Tawa Noodle Burger was delightful, but the Malai Chaap was truly exceptional. The creamy yet flavorful texture, complemented by melt-in-the-mouth chaap pieces, marinated, charred, and bathed in a deliciously creamy and spicy gravy, was extraordinary. Also, the portion size was generous for the price. The flavor resembled the authentic flavors of North India. This is not only a must-try food truck for chaap lovers but also for people who want to try it for the first time.

If i could give them 0 stars i would have.First of all the name is taco twist and they didn’t even have tacos.Second we ordered achari chaap, and that literally looked like somebody threw up directly in my plate.Third we got the noodle burger which is so overhyped but had literally no flavor. The noodles were so overcooked and the patty was super spicy. The noodles just felt like overcooked flour.Fourth we ordered the goli wala batta( masala soda) and they had so many reviews saying it is authentic indian taste, but they seriously opened a can of squirt soda right in front of me and threw in some chaat masala and served it as goli wala batta with not even ice.Seriously don’t waste your money here.It just waste of time, waste of money and it just makes you feel like you shouldn’t eat at any Indian restaurant.Embarrassing food for such a overhyped food chain.

We came here for a mini date night & the food was amazing (we ordered the tawa noodle burger, achari soya chaap & masala soda)! Customer service was also great and the employees helped guide us through the menu, giving us their suggestions & taking into account what our palette was! The service was very nice, and they were very helpful with any questions! They seem to put good effort into their food and really care about what they’re serving their customers. We got the Loaded Samosa, Shahi Paneer Tacos, and Tava Noodle Burger. Everything was so good an filled with flavor! The Tava Noodle Burger was a littttle spicy but still really tasteful. They have a good amount of vegetarian and meat options as well! Worth making the trip ?
