The Tarasco Taqueria is parked in front of a gas station. This is my New Mexican spot when I crave a good burrito. The burritos are a great size. They have some places that you can eat them at the food truck but we usually bring home the food. The tacos were a little on the smaller size but the Chorizo is one of the best we've ever had.
