Unfortunately it looks like this has shut down now that the catering company running it can resume their catering business.

i love the holiday specials and the box packages. Lots of tasty food and a good value. Separately, good matzah ball soup (reminds me of Chicago delis) and potato pancakes better (and much less work) than the ones I make. This has become my go-to place for stay=at=home special meals.

Don't believe the hours on yelp. Sunday 7:40 pm pure darkness. Do not go. Should have read the yelp tip! They close on Sunday. That would have saved us time. It was right near Safeway. They don't have big signage. Our gps said we arrived but the place was so dark we couldn't see where it was and we couldnt read their store name.

The old guy works there wears no mask and opened the door and said she it’s ready come back and after 29 min the order still wasn’t ready he was so rude

HORRIBLE service. I arrived to pickup online order and employee tells me they're preparing my order "so please wait a few minutes". 10-15 minutes later same guy comes out and says they don't see my order online??? Then he goes back to the back of store, comes out a few more minutes later and says "we just received your order and it'll be another 10-15 minutes before it's ready! REALLY!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The corned beef reuben was really excellent, lean corned beef just as I requested. But ... the matzo ball soup was just meh, weak chicken broth and heavy matzo balls. And the potato pancake was like a hockey puck. The "sour cream" that accompanied it did not taste like actual sour cream, but some kind of artificial substitute. So overall, a very mixed experience. A five star reuben and downhill from there.

This has been one of our favorite places during the pandemic. My daughter's go to order is their grilled cheese(which has smoked gouda, cheddar and swiss cheese) on grilled texas toast and Matzah ball soup. I of course have to order her their yummy cheese blintzes with a fresh berry compote. She has that for breakfast the next day. Their daily pop up specials are great! Tonight we had chicken enchiladas served with beans, rice and sour cream and a Cowboy burger with house made fries. The enchiladas were a bit spicy, filled with moist chicken and topped with cool sour cream which did a beautiful job of complimenting the spiciness of the enchilada sauce. The cowboy burger was a nice thick burger patty on a brioche bun topped with bacon, b-bq sauce, hay onions and the normal veggies. The french fries were sooooo good and they provided a huge portion of them! Their Pastrami and Corned beef are delectible. We honestly have never had a bad meal here and we usually order at least once a week. Also, they are really fast, so if you need a meal in a hurry this is the place to go. They also have various Family meal bundles including a vegetarian option. It makes me feel good to support a neighborhood small business, especially during these difficult times.

If I am going to pay $16 for a Reuben sandwich, I would hope it wasn't packaged in a plastic container to sweat, leaving a soggy mess. I would have also hoped for a bigger sandwich for that price. They are charging like they are Langer's Deli in LA but without the quality.

Damn these sandwiches are so good! We tried a Pastrami and a Pastrami Rueben and I think I may like this place better than The Refuge. The rye bread is soft but toasted nicely and the meat was moist and not overly fatty. They seem to have a lot of other delicious items per other reviews so we can't wait to try more!

As a Jew from NYC visiting family in the Bay Area, I can honestly say this racks up there with some of the best Reuben sandwiches and matzah ball soup I've had.The Reuben is zesty, tangy, and hearty, and the Rye bread mild and soft, I ate my whole sandwich in four minutes flat. Their matzah ball soup is delicious too, with big, fat, homemade and flavorful matzoh balls and a comforting broth. The Kugel is a great balance of sweet cinnamon and crispy egg noodle.5 stars!!!!

I wanted to say thank you for creating the most delicious Passover meal for me and my friends! The brisket was moist and so tender. I make a pretty good chicken soup, however the matzo ball soup and the matzo balls were the best I have eaten. Noodle kugel superb! The sides went so well with the dinner. Overall outstanding! If you haven't ordered food from here you are missing out! Thanks Jeff!

I ordered through DoorDash recently and was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Brisket and the Rotisserie Chicken. The Brisket was OK but the Chicken was so dry I had to throw it away. I want to love this place but I don't think I will be back.

Seriously amazing food, maybe better than any Jewish deli I’ve ever been to tbh. I get the Ruben, a Dr. Browns, some Latkes, and a black and white. The corned beef is really marvelous. The matzah is good too.

Delicious pastrami sandwich and matzo ball soup but pricey costing over $23. For that price, it should include a pickle spear.

Amazing challah french toast and brisket!
