Excellent place to grab a delicious smoothie or acai bowl (they also have other foods and drinks). I love the smoothies and the bowls that I get here. It sure beats any other competitor such as Jamba Juice. The service is top notch also, Gary does a great job of helping the clients in a smooth(ie) manner by going above and beyond in service and quality. The other staff is great as well such as Giselle who ensures a quality experience. The owner is doing a great job in handling the business and making sure that the community is supplied nutritious and delicious foods and drinks. Way to go! Thank you for everything. Keep up the great work! I love the quiet atmosphere...

A super yum, plentiful and healthy bowl of nutritional vegan deliciousness! I hauled The Superfood Bowl whilst on the move, fantastic Acai with wholesome and difference making ingredients made this an awesome visit and I thought it was rad. This is also a nice location in a great little area within the heart of old town Sunnyvale.

I used to love going here, but the bowl size seemingly had changed and gotten smaller. For $16 salads, i expected more. The food is good, but the food for the price is not great :(

I had two smoothies from here and they were delicious! acai berry and Pomegranate one. We loved the smoothies so much, we ended up having 2 or more! The flavor was just right, it was refreshing and nutritious and the sweetness was balanced as well! Highly recommend smoothies from here!!!!

I love Vitality Bowl but this was my first time to the Sunnyvale location. I always get the same smoothie but unfortunately the smoothie from this location was very bad. It had no flavor and was the consistency of water. While other Vitality Bowls make a thick and flavorful smoothie. This felt very watered down.

Cashier refused to provide a cup for water on a near $50 water. She said “we don’t have cups”. Never had an issue with any other location. Avoid.

I swear the store is always closed unexpectedly or closes way earlier than what is listed. If the store is closed disable online ordering. If you forget to close the online portal, at least cancel my order. Thanks for wasting my time on multiple fronts.

This is the worst business ever. Was looking for smoothies, so walked all the way over here. For 20 minutes almost, no was was at the front desk to take orders. After placing the order, the order took another 30 minutes. Why is this place even open ?

Moving from Chicago I missed acai bowls so went to try one here. I found the preparation too sweet. Would try one more time with request of reducing sweetness before discounting the place.

Out of 3 drinks only one was good the other two were watery. No one answers the phone to place orders ahead although they were busy and the customer service was good the drinks just weren't worth $10 each.

Can’t believe it’s the size of a $17 salad.

I love the acai bowls in Hawaii because the fruit is so sweet on the islands and I'm in paradise. Vitality bowl is a close second if you aren't on the islands. The acai in Hawaii is usually frozen and scooped like ice cream on the island. Then, they add all the fattening extras and honey. There's a pretty good selection of options and add ins at Vitality Bowl. They did change the container since I was here last. I like the dessert one because it has chocolate chips. I ordered online. It said ready in 20 minutes and I arrived early and it was ready. They said it depends on how many orders they have and the website gives them 20 minutes. It was made fresh and sitting nice and cold in there freezer until I arrived. The place was empty but I've eaten here pre-Covid and it was clean.
