Food was good service was good, did not appreciate the rude comment as I left the store. Apparently homelessness is unacceptable here, despite my making sure to clean up after myself and being quiet and staying out of the way. Not the first time it's been a problem. Most of the staff are great, and the food is decent. It's one or two individuals that are the problem. Regardless will be going elsewhere and suggesting to everyone I can to do the same, whenever possible. Rude.

The drive through can be a bit tricky at busier times. There is lots of available parking but in one parking area you can get stuck behind the line for the drive through. I ordered the 2 for $5 Jr. burgers and they were pretty substantial for a jr burger. We also got fries and I did enjoy them. They weren't the skinny fries you get from some other fast food restaurants, they were crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, very tasty.

Great food quality wife , it’s fresh and bat hastily made I. A rush to full film an order , it’s made right with some speed and dexterity to quick but also made like it’s something they would eat if it where for themselves. To me that’s the highest quality u can expect form fast food. Cherrie on top is that the staff is also able to turn a mistake or misunderstanding into a moment that makes the customer feel appreciated, a missed drink order , quickly turned into me receiving a free drink and a smile , can’t hello but feel like u got the homie hook up form snow one u don’t even know and bcuz of that anytime I can have they’re back it for something mandatory that I will return that favor , u made me feel take care of and I will choose this restaurant anytime I’m near to. Support with. My business bcuz of it , Ty u guys are too notch and make the best version of the food on the menu possible , it’s fresh and exactly what you think I should gent when I order

I can’t recall the young lady’s name, I believe it is Alexis, but if she doesn’t get a raise, you’re going to lose one of the most AMAZING employees I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She provided EXCELLENT service and made sure our food was hot and ready right when it was made. It was 11:30PM and we were heading back to Reno from Oregon. I really hope you take care of her because work ethic like that is extremely hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work! You’re leading by example and you have customers cheering you and your team on!

Susanville Burger King is a MUST for anyone passing through — it’s even a worthy destination! We elected to have an eggnormous burrito and it was spectacular. The french toast strips were also to die for. Also the coffee was especially crisp yet vibrant. Really, anything on their menu is a safe bet! I am counting down the days until I can eat here again!
