Brought my own cup with hot water for preheat since i like HOT coffee. Ordered americano assuming it would be hot, fresh. Baristas not allowed to pour out my hot water nor touch my 'starbucks' brand reusable cup. I paid $3.65 for afresh but luke warm coffee. Had to reload account so now they hold $21+ of my cash until next time. Enough of Starfux.

Today I watched an employee service the trash bin w/ no gloves then go back to preparing drinks without washing his hands.

25 minutes for a cup of coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. Too many people who complain about the drinks and the workers remade all of them.
