Food isn't bad, however it is WAY to expensive. 1 or 2 spaces for parking and there are 2 or 3 other businesses in the lot, trying to get out of the lot is hell. Gotta force out or nobody will let you out. Wouldn't be so bad if they were in another location but I still say the cost is way to high. Shouldn't be 30 for a burrito and 2 tacos.

A quaint, relaxing place to have lunch with your friend. As a heads up, the chilli cheese fries don't have actual chilli and the pupusas are a bit on the bland side compared to the street pupusas nearby, and the nachos aren't too spectacular either, BUT don't let three dishes stop me from praising the rest I've tried. I never had messier tostadas in my life, but they were dang good and exactly what I needed on a hot day. XD Their hotdogs are delicious, as well as their cheesecakes, and I consider myself a cheesecake expert. The horchata, champurrado, tacos, rice, and beans are just right. Sometimes the rice might turn out paler than usual, likely due to running out of ingredients, but that's ok. They still manage to make it work. But the thing they have that I usually get is the chorizo burrito. Absolutely delicious. They never got my order wrong despite my limited Spanish, and the chef speaks English in case you ever need help, so don't hesitate to go just because of the language barrier. They worth it. Don't bring your coat. Is hot in there. ^^

El champurrado esta demaciado aguado Como si fuera chocholate deberian de cambiar la receta, un auntentico champurrado Mexicano tiene que ser espeso.

10/10 everything on the menu. They use handmade tortillas omg so authentic! The asada burrito is delicious. The salsas red and green are tasty. The staff is sweet. Great service. Ambiance is cute too. The champurrado is my go to.

Anamarias is definitely a hidden gem located in Sylmar, at the corner of San Fernando Road and Polk Street, in a limited corner mini strip center. Limited shared parking is available to patrons of at least five businesses sharing a small parking lot. While driving on San Fernando Road, the aroma and fragrant smell of food immediately compelled me to stop in and sample their food. My nose never lies as observed. To be on the safe side I ordered a carne asada taco plate consisting of rice, refried beans, and three carne asada tacos. Yes!, they were so good and hit my sweet spot almost immediately. The tacos were soft and moist perfectly. Additionally the carne asada was perfectly cooked. Neither chewy nor rubbery. Very flavorful! Great job guys!!! I can only assume that I may have been dealing with one of the owners, as she provided chips and a soft drink on the house. What a gracious gesture! Thank you! Returned today for the asada plate, consisting of a generous rice and asada portion. I believe they provided four soft tacos with the order. More than plenty for about $12.00. Loved every bite and continue to remember the flavor associated with the meal. Exquisite to say the least!!! I am compelled to advise our Yelp community this hole in the wall does provide awesome food. You must give it a try. No disappointments whatsoever. Don't let the exterior dissuade at all. Just merely sample what they have to offer. You will be sold and satisfied as I was. Great job Annamaria's, will be back for more of your menu and off menu offerings. Great job!!! N.

It's a good restaurant , food is delicious. My favorite thing about this place is they have a sink to wash ur hands right underneath the tv right by the cash register. However popusas are to expensive.

Came in on a hot June day. The food was delicious, and the agua the sandia was refreshing. But what made this restaurant for me was how humble they are. A transient woman came in no shoes and visibly hot from the heat. She went up to the counter and asked for a cup of ice water, the chef kindly gave it to her with no hesitation. Other restaurants would have turned her away for the way she looked but I was happy to see they were kind and respectful to her. I will definitely be supporting this business when I'm in the area.
